African Swim is a free download album released in 2008 by Adult Swim (through Williams Street Records). [2] The track listing contains songs by African artists and/or songs dealing with African culture. [3]

In computer networks, download means to receive data from a remote system, typically a server such as a web server, an FTP server, an email server, or other similar systems. This contrasts with uploading, where data is sent to a remote server. A download is a file offered for downloading or that has been downloaded, or the process of receiving such a file.

Adult Swim is the adult-oriented nighttime programming block of the American children's pay television network Cartoon Network programmed by its in-house production studio, Williams Street. It currently broadcasts nightly from 8 p.m to 6 a.m. ET.

Williams Street Records, LLC is an American independent record company found by Jason DeMarco, based in Atlanta, Georgia. It is a joint venture of Cartoon Network’s Williams Street Studios and Warner Music Group and it is distributed through Alternative Distribution Alliance. Under that label, they have released original works of music, some of which are related to their shows on Adult Swim. The label is managed by Chris Hartley, and the A&R is Jason DeMarco.

Thato Madonsela, better known by his stage name L-Tido, is a South African hip hop recording artist from Alexandra, Johannesburg. He is best known for being one of the few independent artists in the country to reach commercial success, winning the Best Newcomer in Africa award at the 2010 Channel O Music Video Awards and receiving numerous other award nominations. "Invisible" is a song by Irish rock band U2. Unveiled in a Super Bowl XLVIII television advertisement, it was available as a free digital download through the iTunes Store from 2–3 February 2014. Bank of America gave $1 for each download of the track to (RED), an organisation co-founded by Bono, to fight AIDS. Since 4 February, it has been available as a paid download, with all the proceeds also going to (RED). The song was later included as a hidden track on the deluxe edition of the group's 2014 studio album Songs of Innocence.
