Broadcast times and ranges shown are with respect to the United States' Eastern Time Zone based on Adult Swim's headquarters being located in this time zone. The broadcast times and ranges can also be used in conjunction with the Pacific Time Zone based on the network's West Coast feed.

A list of the lineups and programs featured in Toonami blocks. The schedule occasionally features "Toonami In Flight" blocks which contain movies or special presentations, as well as marathons and other scheduled programming that would occupy some of Cartoon Network and Adult Swim's regular programming.
Moltar from Space Ghost Coast to Coast was the original host of Toonami, which ran on Cartoon Network from 4–6 pm weekdays from March 17, 1997 to July 9, 1999. Programs included:
TOM took over Toonami's hosting duties starting July 11, 1999. Toonami went from a 4–6 pm schedule to a 4–7 pm schedule starting July 3, 2000. On September 1, 2000, DBZ: Garlic Jr. Saga Mini-Marathon, preempting of Sailor Moon and Gundam Wing for a day. On November 17, the film World's Finest aired from 5:00 to 6:30 pm. The regularly scheduled Dragon Ball Z, Tenchi Universe, Gundam Wing were preempted for the day and Superman: The Animated Series aired at 6:30 pm. It included the following programs:
TOM was given a new look and introduction on September 22, 2000. On May 14, 2001, the schedule was changed to 5–7 pm. On June 3, 2002, the schedule went back to 4–7 pm. On March 3, 2003, the schedule went back to 5–7 pm. The programs under TOM 2.0's run include:

FLCL is an anime anthology series created and directed by Kazuya Tsurumaki, written by Yōji Enokido, and produced by the FLCL Production Committee, which consisted of Gainax, Production I.G, and King Records. The series tells the adventures of the eccentric, hyperactive alien Haruko Haruhara and her various conflicts on Earth against the intergalactic megalomaniacal corporation Medical Mechanica, often wreaking mass destruction in the process and disrupting the lives of the people she encounters.
Toonami is an American late-night television programming block that broadcasts Japanese anime and American action animation. It was created by Sean Akins and Jason DeMarco and produced by Williams Street, a division of Warner Bros. Television Studios, and owned by The Cartoon Network, Inc. subsidiary of Warner Bros. Discovery. The name is a portmanteau of the words "cartoon" and "tsunami". It currently broadcasts every Saturday night from 12 a.m. to 3:30 a.m. ET/PT.

Hunter × Hunter is an anime television series that aired from 2011 to 2014 based on Yoshihiro Togashi's manga series Hunter × Hunter. The story begins with a young boy named Gon Freecss, who one day discovers that the father who he thought was dead, is in fact alive and well. He learns that his father, Ging, is a legendary "Hunter", an individual who has proven themselves an elite member of humanity. Despite the fact that Ging left his son with his relatives in order to pursue his own dreams, Gon becomes determined to follow in his father's footsteps, pass the rigorous "Hunter Examination", and eventually find his father to become a Hunter in his own right.
The third season of the FLCL anime series, titled FLCL Alternative, is produced by Production I.G, Toho, and Adult Swim's production arm Williams Street. Alternative was chief directed by Katsuyuki Motohiro and co-directed by Yutaka Uemura, with screenplay by Hideto Iwai. It originally aired from September 8 to October 13, 2018 in the United States on Adult Swim's Toonami programming block. However, the first episode of the season aired unannounced in Japanese audio with English subtitles as part of Adult Swim's April Fools' stunt back on April 1, 2018. In Japan, Alternative received a theatrical screening as a compilation film, with it opening on September 7, 2018. In addition to providing several tracks for the season, the Pillows performed the ending theme song "Star overhead".

The first season of the Black Clover anime television series was directed by Tatsuya Yoshihara and produced by Pierrot. The season adapts the first nine volumes of Yūki Tabata's manga series of the same name, with the exception of episode 13 and episode 29 (recap). It follows the first adventures of Asta and the Black Bulls in the Clover Kingdom. After Asta receives a grimoire and joins the Black Bulls to become the new Wizard King, he explores a dungeon and meets Mars, a magic knight from the Diamond Kingdom. Shortly afterwards, Asta is captured during a zombie invasion of the capital by a group of rogue mages who are working for the Eye of the Midnight Sun squad. After Asta is rescued, he teams up with a fellow Black Bull and later on his captain to battle some child kidnappers. Later on, the Black Bulls travel to the Underwater Temple and meet a series of challenges to find a magic stone.
The third season of the Black Clover anime television series was directed by Tatsuya Yoshihara and produced by Pierrot. The season premiered on October 1, 2019, on TV Tokyo in Japan. The season adapts Yūki Tabata's manga series of the same name from the rest of the 17th volume to the end of the 23rd volume, with the exception of episodes 123 and 124 (recap), and episodes 130–154, which are officially considered anime canon episodes that were supervised by Tabata. On April 26, 2020, it was announced that after Episode 132, the remaining episodes of the season would be delayed due to the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. After a two-month hiatus, the season resumed on July 7, 2020. Both Crunchyroll and Funimation licensed the series for an English release, with Crunchyroll simulcasting the third season, and Funimation producing a North American Simuldub. Funimation's adaptation premiered on February 2, 2020, on Adult Swim's Toonami programming block. Toonami's broadcast went on hiatus after episode 136 on October 25, 2020, as a result of production delays for the English dub caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. The season resumed its run on Toonami on February 14, 2021, and ended on June 13.
Dr. Stone is an anime television series produced by TMS Entertainment based on the manga series of the same name written by Riichiro Inagaki and illustrated by Boichi. Set 3,700 years after a mysterious light turns every human on the planet into stone, genius boy Senku Ishigami emerges from his petrification into a "Stone World" and seeks to rebuild human civilization from the ground up. The series is directed by Shinya Iino, with Yuichiro Kido as scriptwriter, and Yuko Iwasa as character designer. Tatsuya Kato, Hiroaki Tsutsumi, and Yuki Kanesaka compose the series' music.
The fourth season of the Black Clover anime television series was directed by Ayataka Tanemura and produced by Pierrot. One-Punch Man is a Japanese anime television series based on the webcomic of the same name written by One and its subsequent manga remake illustrated by Yusuke Murata. The first season was directed by Shingo Natsume at Madhouse and written by Tomohiro Suzuki. The series also features character design by Chikashi Kubota, who also served as chief animation director, and music composed by Makoto Miyazaki. The season aired from October 5 to December 21, 2015 and was simulcast outside Japan by Daisuki and Hulu. An English dub aired in the United States on Adult Swim's Toonami programming block from July 17 to October 9, 2016.
