IBC is a Philippine free-to-air television and radio network. It is the flagship property of Intercontinental Broadcasting Corporation, a state broadcaster owned by the Government Communications Group under the Presidential Communications Office (PCO). It is headquartered on IBC Compound in Capitol Hills Drive, Diliman, Quezon City. The following is a list of all television programming that IBC is currently broadcasting since it began its television operations in 1960. Currently, no entertainment programs are aired on the network. Instead, most of the programs are government media-produced, including from PTV and Presidential Communications Office, while fewer are independently produced.

IBC was also commonly referred to as "The Kaibigan Network", the Filipino term for "friend", which was introduced between 2019 and 2023 until it was later dropped in 2023 in favor of using the government slogan "Bagong Pilipinas", which is shared with PTV.

Maurice Gallaga, better known as Peque Gallaga, was a multi-awarded Filipino film-maker. His most significant achievement in film was Oro, Plata, Mata, which he directed after winning a scriptwriting contest sponsored by the Experimental Cinema of the Philippines. He has received an award from the International Film Festival of Flanders-Ghent, Belgium in 1983; a Special Jury Award from the Manila International Film Festival; and the 2004 Gawad CCP para sa Sining.

Juan Marasigan Feleo, known professionally as Johnny Delgado, was a Filipino television and movie actor, comedian, and writer. He is best known for his television work on the TV gag show Goin' Bananas. Other roles include the films Kakabakaba Ka Ba? and Tanging Yaman. The latter won him the FAMAS Award and the Metro Manila Film Festival Award for Best Actor in 2000.

Serafin Gabriel, better known by his stage name Apeng Daldal, was a Filipino actor, comedian, vaudevillian, singer and writer. His name came from his big set of teeth (Apeng) and for being a fast talker (Daldal).

Marianne dela Riva, is a Filipino actress, popularly known as Luisa in Gulong ng Palad, a classic TV series in the Philippines aired in 1977. She was the favorite leading lady of action king Fernando Poe, Jr. and other action stars in the 1980s.

Mariano Calongje de Leon, better known by his stage name Julio Diaz, is a Filipino film and television actor in the Philippines. Diaz is of Filipino Mexican background. He received the Best Actor Gawad Urian Award nomination for his performance in Takaw Tukso (1986).

Teodoro Galan Baldomaro, professionally known as Baldo Marro, was a Filipino actor, screenwriter, stunt director, film director and producer in the Philippines. He was awarded Best Actor by the prestigious Metro Manila Film Festival in 1988 for the action film Patrolman.

The 5th PMPC Star Awards for Television were held at the Metropolitan Theater in Manila on October 26, 1991, and broadcast on IBC Channel 13. The awards night was hosted by Vilma Santos, Eric Quizon, Vic Sotto, Mari Kaimo and to be directed by Al Quinn. The theme of the awards night is Magkatapat pero Magkaibigan as it marks the 25th anniversary of PMPC.
