Unlike its sister channel, CNN, a North American-only subscription service, CNN International is carried on a variety of TV platforms across the world, and broadcast from studios inside and outside the United States, in Atlanta, New York City, London, Mumbai, Hong Kong, and Abu Dhabi. In some countries, it is available as a free-to-air network. The service is aimed at the overseas market, similar to BBC News, France 24, CGTN, DW, RT, WION, NHK World, TRT World or Al Jazeera English.
Race for the White House is an American political television show that discusses various US presidential election campaigns throughout United States history. It premiered on March 6, 2016, on CNN. The series is narrated by Kevin Spacey, well known at the time of production for playing fictional President Frank Underwood in the US version of House of Cards. After Spacey faced allegations of child sexual abuse, the narration was re-recorded by Spacey's House of Cards co-star Mahershala Ali. Netflix Canada still streamed the original version with Kevin Spacey's audio narration until September 1, 2020, when the show was removed in Canada.
Basketball Wives is an American reality television series franchise on VH1. It chronicles the everyday lives of women romantically linked to men in the professional basketball industry.
Love & Hip Hop is a media franchise that consists of several reality television series broadcast on VH1. The shows document the personal and professional lives of several hip hop and R&B musicians, performers, managers, and record producers residing in various metropolitan areas of the United States. The original installment premiered on March 6, 2011, and its success resulted in spin-offs based in Atlanta, Hollywood, and Miami.
Married to Medicine is an American reality television series and franchise that premiered on Bravo on March 24, 2013. The series chronicles the personal and professional lives of several women in the Atlanta medical community with four of the women being doctors themselves, while the others are doctors' wives. It shows the group as they balance their social circles, careers and families.
What Would Ryan Lochte Do? is an American reality television series on E! that debuted on April 21, 2013. The series chronicles the life of American competitive swimmer and Olympian Ryan Lochte as he prepares for the 2016 Summer Olympics while creating his fashion line, making media appearances, spending time with his family and friends as well as searching for the woman he can call his wife.
Anthony Bourdain: Parts Unknown is an American travel and food show on CNN which premiered on April 14, 2013. In the show, Anthony Bourdain travels the world uncovering lesser-known places and exploring their cultures and cuisine. The show won twelve Primetime Emmy Awards out of 31 nominations, as well as a 2013 Peabody Award. The digital series Explore Parts Unknown, an editorial partnership with Roads & Kingdoms, won a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Short Form Nonfiction or Reality Series. Parts Unknown aired the last collection of episodes on CNN in the autumn of 2018. The series finale, titled "Lower East Side"—bringing Bourdain's culinary travelogue full circle back to Bourdain's hometown of New York—aired November 11, 2018.
New Day is an American morning television show that aired on CNN and CNN International from 2013 to 2022. Its weekday editions were co-anchored by John Berman since 2018 and Brianna Keilar since 2021.
Girl Code is an American comedy television series that premiered on MTV on April 23, 2013. It is a spin-off series to Guy Code. The series features actresses, musicians, stand-up comics—plus a few men—who discuss the sisterhood that women share. It was announced on June 13, 2013, that the series had been renewed for a twenty-episode second season, which premiered on October 30, 2013. In April 2014, MTV announced the third season renewal of Girl Code, which premiered on October 1, 2014. In August 2015, MTV premiered a spin-off talk show called Girl Code Live hosted by Awkwafina, Nessa, and Carly Aquilino.

A special preview episode aired on November 23, 2016. On April 18, 2017, E! renewed the show for a second season which premiered on January 7, 2018. On May 3, 2019, E! renewed the show for a third season, which premiered on July 7, 2019.
United Shades of America is a CNN American documentary television series starring comedian W. Kamau Bell. Bell visits communities across America to understand the challenges they face. The show was named Outstanding Unstructured Reality Program at the 69th, 70th, and 71st Emmy Awards.
The Wonder List with Bill Weir is a CNN original documentary television series hosted by American journalist Bill Weir. The series debut was on March 1, 2015, with the first episode on Vanuatu. CNN announced that it had commissioned a second series in shortly after the first series aired. The third season aired on October 7, 2017. The four episodes of the fourth season were released on CNN+ on April 21, 2022, just hours before it was announced the streaming service would be shut down the following week.
Stanley Tucci: Searching for Italy is an American travel and food show that premiered on February 14, 2021, on CNN. The series follows American actor Stanley Tucci, who travels around Italy visiting each region and exploring their cultures, cuisine, and history.
