Note: BVS Entertainment (formerly Saban Entertainment) owned 49,6% of SIP Animation from 1994 until 2012 which laterly fully acquaried all shares in 2012 and went dormant after the full acquisition of Jetix Europe N.V. in 2009. Closed in 2023. Although the studio was a separately operated multi-shareholder unit between 1991 and 2012, BVS International N.V. (formerly Saban International N.V.) owned the rights to "SIP Animation" respective name, brand, logo and trademark between 2002 and 2012. [1]

Power Rangers is an entertainment and merchandising franchise built around a live-action superhero television series, based on the Japanese tokusatsu franchise Super Sentai. Produced first by Saban Entertainment, second by BVS Entertainment, later by Saban Brands, and today by SCG Power Rangers LLC and its parent company, Hasbro, the Power Rangers television series takes much of its footage from the Super Sentai television series, produced by Toei Company. The first Power Rangers entry, Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, debuted on August 28, 1993, and helped launch the Fox Kids programming block of the 1990s, during which it catapulted into popular culture along with a line of action figures and other toys by Bandai. By 2001, the media franchise had generated over $6 billion in toy sales.

ABC Kids was an American Saturday morning children's programming block that aired on ABC from September 13, 1997 to August 27, 2011. It featured a mixture of animated and live-action series from Walt Disney Television Animation and Disney Channel, aimed at children between the ages of 6 and 14. This was the only time Disney Channel content aired on over-the-air television in the United States.

Jetix was a children's entertainment brand owned by The Walt Disney Company. The brand was for a slate of action/adventure-related programming blocks and television channels. Jetix programming mainly originated from the Saban Entertainment library, airing live-action and animated series with some original programming.

<i>A.T.O.M.</i> English-language French animated TV series

A.T.O.M. – Alpha Teens On Machines is an English-language French superhero animated television series produced by SIP Animation in association with Jetix Europe.

ABC Family Worldwide is a subsidiary of Disney Entertainment that is responsible for the operations of the U.S. cable network Freeform.

<i>The Tofus</i> TV series or program

The Tofus is an animated sitcom produced by SIP Animation and CinéGroupe. The animated series is a satirical parody of the environmentalist lifestyle epitomized by its title family, which consists of Mom, Pop, Chichi, Lola, and Buba. The show is set in the fictional town of Beauvillage, and lampoons many aspects of the environmental movement, including environmental organizations, animal rights, and pacifism.

BVS Entertainment, Inc. is a subsidiary of The Walt Disney Company that formerly used to be an independent US-Israeli television production-distribution company serving worldwide; the company originally founded as a music production company under the Saban Productions name in 1980 by Haim Saban and Shuki Levy. The company and its extensions are mostly known for producing and distributing children's programs for Fox Kids, Fox Family/ABC Family and Jetix.

Jetix Europe N.V. was a European television broadcasting company that owned children's television channels and programming blocks across the Europe and Middle East, such as Jetix and Jetix Play.

Disney XD was a British and Irish pay television channel. First launching in October 1996, it originated from the U.S. television network and was operated under a joint-venture between Fox Television Entertainment and Saban Entertainment, before moving along to the Euronext-operating Fox Kids Europe. It rebranded itself to Jetix in January 2005 after The Walt Disney Company's prior-purchase of Fox Family Worldwide in October 2001, and then reached its final name in August 2009 after Disney acquired Jetix Europe.
