The Property Brothers franchise is a Canadian media franchise that stars Canadian twins Jonathan and Drew Scott and centers around the selling, purchasing, and renovation of real estate property. The shows also often guest star their older brother J.D. Their first program is Property Brothers—initially produced by Cineflix Media—and has aired on the W Network and HGTV Canada in its country of origin, on HGTV in the US, and on other networks in over 150 countries. The success of this show led to spin-off series, several web series, a how-to book, a radio show, and an app. Strategy magazine named the Property Brothers its 2013 Brand of the Year.

<i>Flip or Flop Vegas</i> American reality television series

Flip or Flop Vegas is a television series that aired on HGTV hosted by real estate agent Aubrey Marunde and her husband/contractor Bristol. It is a spin-off of the HGTV series Flip or Flop. It premiered on April 6, 2017, and was filmed in Las Vegas, Nevada. On June 5, 2017, HGTV announced Flip or Flop Vegas would be renewed for a second season, with 16 episodes. The show was renewed for a third season and final season, which premiered March 21, 2019.

<i>Flip or Flop Atlanta</i> American reality television series

Flip or Flop Atlanta is a television series that originally aired on HGTV hosted by real estate agents Ken and Anita Corsini. It is a spin-off of the HGTV series Flip or Flop. It premiered on July 20, 2017 and was filmed in the Atlanta, Georgia area. On August 21, 2017, HGTV announced Flip or Flop Atlanta would be renewed for a second season, with 14 episodes, which premiered on September 13, 2018. On August 16, 2019, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported the show was canceled.

<i>Flip or Flop Fort Worth</i> American reality television series

Flip or Flop Fort Worth is a television series airing on HGTV hosted by real estate agents Andy and Ashley Williams. It is a spin-off of the HGTV series Flip or Flop. It premiered on November 2, 2017 and takes place in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, primarily in Fort Worth.

<i>Good Bones</i> (TV series) American TV series or program

Good Bones was an American reality television series airing on HGTV starring Karen E. Laine and Mina Starsiak Hawk, based in Indianapolis, Indiana. The show's pilot aired on March 22, 2016. The final episode aired on October 17, 2023.

Rustic Rehab is a reality television series airing on HGTV hosted by real estate agents David and Chenoa Rivera in Paradise, California. It was initially announced on September 19, 2017 to be a spin-off of the HGTV series Flip or Flop. After the original plan of a premiere in April 2018, the show's first regular season episode aired on August 16, 2018.

Christina on the Coast is an American home renovation television series featuring Christina Hall, centered around properties in Southern California. In June 2018, HGTV announced that Hall would be receiving her own Flip or Flop spin-off series. The series premiere focused on Hall renovating her new home following her divorce; with the remaining seven episodes focusing on her fixing up other people's homes. Filming began in fall 2018, for a spring 2019 premiere. On February 13, 2019, it was announced that the series would premiere on May 23, 2019.

Flipping 101 with Tarek El Moussa is a reality television series airing on HGTV. It features real estate agent Tarek El Moussa, best known for his previous show Flip or Flop, mentoring real estate novices wanting to learn the secrets of a successful house flip. The show premiered in 2020 and was given a one-hour format for its second season in 2021. The show was renewed for a third season, which premiered in 2023.

PJ and Thomas is the media franchise of Timothy Paul Jasper "PJ" McKay and Thomas McKay, an American couple who are Internet celebrities, YouTubers, television personalities, remodelers, and interior designers, best known for their YouTube channel as well as their renovation and interior design TV show Down to the Studs on HGTV.
