Nickelodeon is an American pay television channel owned by Paramount Global through Paramount Media Networks' subdivision, Nickelodeon Group. Launched on April 1, 1979, as the first cable channel for children, the channel is primarily aimed at children and adolescents aged 2 to 17, along with a broader family audience through its program blocks.
MTV is a Canadian English-language discretionary specialty channel owned by Bell Media subsidiary of BCE Inc. with the name and branding used under a licensing agreement with Paramount Global. Originally devoted to talk, lifestyle, documentary and scripted programming, the channel currently airs programming sourced from its U.S. counterpart aimed at men ages 12-87.
MTV was a 24-hour general entertainment channel specialising in music and youth culture programming which serves Australia and New Zealand. Paramount Networks UK & Australia headquartered in London with a local office at Network 10's headquarters in Sydney is responsible for marketing and advertising in Australia and New Zealand. The channel was replaced by MTV Global in August 2023.
Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County is an American reality television series that originally aired on MTV from September 28, 2004, until November 15, 2006. The series aired for three seasons and was primarily focused on the personal lives of several students attending Laguna Beach High School. Its premise was originated with Liz Gateley, while Tony DiSanto served as the executive producer.
MTV is a Latin American pay television network that was launched on 1 October 1993 as the Hispanic American version of MTV. It is owned by Paramount Networks Americas, a subsidiary of Paramount Global.
Liz Gateley is an American television producer. She currently serves as head of programming at Lifetime Television. She is also a founding partner and co-owner, along with Tony DiSanto, of DiGa, a studio and production company hybrid. In what Gateley describes as her "dream job", she is responsible for leading the development of new weekly and daily series for the channel including both scripted and reality projects.
Tony DiSanto is CEO of the Allyance Media Group, which he founded in 2018 with financier Matthew Bruderman. He also serves as President and Head of Content for DIGA Studios, which he founded with Liz Gateley in 2011. DIGA, a studio and production company hybrid, initially staked by IAC mogul Barry Diller and Electus founder Ben Silverman, was acquired by the Allyance Media Group in 2018.
MTV Greece was a Greek free-to-air regional television channel launched on 1 September 2008, replacing Smart TV. Owned by Radio TV Piraeus S.A., it closed down suddenly on 11 January 2016, one year prior the proper MTV copyrights come to an end, despite the good ratings. It was replaced by RISE on terrestrial television. Also, it OTE TV and Nova subscription providers, it was replaced by MTV Global and MTV Live.
MTV Shows was a British pay television channel. It was launched on 8 November 2007.

Viva was a British free-to-air music television channel owned by Viacom International Media Networks Europe. The channel launched on 26 October 2009, replacing TMF, and ceased broadcasting on 31 January 2018.
