His popular melodies include "Itne Baray Jeevan Saagar Mein Tu Ne Pakistan Dia", "Dekh Tera Kiya Rang Kar dia Hai", "Mera Inaam Pakistan", and many others. He was honored with the Pride of Performance Award in 2004.
