Aggabodhi I was King of Anuradhapura in the 6th century, whose reign lasted from 564 to 598. [1] [2] He succeeded his cousin Maha Naga as King of Anuradhapura and was succeeded by his nephew Aggabodhi II. [3]

Works by the king

King Aggabodhi had constructed various structures such as coconut field and a tank near the Ancient viharaya called Kurundi. [4]
