Al Bandar is a residential and retail complex located in Abu Dhabi, the United Arab Emirates, which includes residential towers, a marina and clubhouse, as well as shopping and dining venues. [1] It was developed and is operated by Aldar Properties.
Al Bandar, located on the coast north of Abu Dhabi island, is the northernmost portion of Al Raha area, and part of Al Raha Beach. It is built on an artificial island which was partially created by dredging.
The residential towers include Al Naseem A, B and C (366 apartments), Al Barza (132 apartments), and Al Manara (12 apartments). Al Bandar marina has a total of 131 berths ranging in sizes from 6.5 metres to 24 metres.
Shops in the complex include a Spinneys supermarket, a health-care centre for women, a women's manicures and pedicure business, a music centre for children, and a boating equipment supplier and boat dealer. [2] Restaurants include Afghani-Californian cuisine. [3]
Dubai Marina, aka Marsa Dubai, is a district in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is an artificial canal city built along a 3-kilometre (2 mi) stretch of the Persian Gulf shoreline. As of 2018, it has a population of 55,052. When the entire development is complete, it will accommodate more than 120,000 people in residential towers and villas. It is located on Interchange 5 between Jebel Ali Port and the area which hosts Dubai Internet City, Dubai Media City, and the American University in Dubai. The first phase of this project has been completed. Dubai Marina was inspired by the Concord Pacific Place development along False Creek in Vancouver, BC, Canada.

Al Raha is a mixed commercial, residential, and leisure area in Abu Dhabi, the United Arab Emirates, located primarily in Khalifa City A. The area is situated between Umm Al-Nar and Abu Dhabi International Airport. Al Raha includes two primary sections, Al Raha Beach and Al Raha Gardens, featuring eleven sub-precincts: Al Zeina, Khor Al Raha, Al Bandar, Al Seef, Al Dana, Al Rumaila, Al Zahiya, Al Lissayli, Al Shaleela, Al Razeen, and Al Thurayya. Spread over an area of 5.2 million square metres, Al Raha Beach can accommodate 120,000 residents.
The Shams Abu Dhabi project will be developed on Reem Island in Abu Dhabi by Sorouh Real Estate and occupy approximately 25% of the island. It will occupy 1.32 million square metres, of which 90% will be dedicated to residential buildings and has a potential of developing 22,000 residential units which will house around 100,000 people whereas the rest will be available for commercial use and recreational facilities.

Marina Mall is an Abu Dhabi shopping mall and entertainment venue which was completed in December 2000 and opened its doors to the public on 28 March 2001. The Mall is located along the breakwater on Corniche road, close to the Emirates Palace hotel. In January 2017, Forbes recognized Marina Mall as one of the top shopping malls in Abu Dhabi.
Sky Tower Abu Dhabi is a 292-metre tall skyscraper with 74 floors in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. It is located on Al Reem Island and includes office and residential space. Construction was completed in 2010 when it was the city's largest building but has been overtaken by The Landmark since, see also Abu Dhabi skyscrapers. The tower is twinned with the neighboring Sun Tower and part of the Shams Abu Dhabi development project.
The World Trade Center Abu Dhabi is a complex of two skyscrapers in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Construction of these towers was scheduled to end in 2010, though the 2008 financial crisis pushed the project completion date to 2014. The complex includes two malls, and one Courtyard by Marriott hotel. The complex was initially planned to house three skyscrapers, but the 2008 crisis forced the contractors to withdraw construction of the Hotel Tower, the result being two skyscrapers.
