Alexander is a yacht which was built in 1965 in Lubecker Flender shipyard. It was later refurbished in Germany for use as yacht charter. The yacht was owned by the Latsis family until 2015.

Design

The vessel is of steel construction with teak decks. The yacht's overall length is 121.83 meters (399 ft 8 in), [1] [lower-alpha 1] and her length at waterline is 104.6 m (343 ft 2 in). Her beam is 16.9 m (55 ft 5 in) and a draft of 5.8 m (19 ft 0 in). The yacht is measured at 5,933  gross tonnage  (GT). Alexander is powered by two MAN diesel engines each creating 4,025 horsepower (3,001  kW ). The vessel can reach a maximum speed of 18 knots (33 km/h; 21 mph) and has a cruising speed of 15–16 knots (28–30 km/h; 17–18 mph) and a maximum range of 4,722 nautical miles (8,745 km; 5,434 mi). The vessel has a crew of 60. [1] [2]

Accommodation

Alexander accommodates her guests in 39 staterooms, 18 of which are double rooms, 7 twin, and one master. The yacht also has a suite for the yacht-owner, which consists of a living room, a bedroom, and a spacious bathroom. The yacht has a meeting hall, a conference hall, a private cinema, a large living room, and a small restaurant. There are two outside bars and two jacuzzis. The yacht has a helicopter pad. [2]

O`Mega is a luxury charter yacht. She was built in 1985 as a small passenger vessel from the shipyard of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries. In 2002 she was sold and converted into a superyacht. One year later the steel motor yacht was completed and handed over to the owner. She was number 29 in the Power & Motor Yacht magazine's list of the World's 100 Largest Yachts 2008. In 2011 she underwent a refit and her hull colour was changed from black to white.

Motor Yacht A is a superyacht designed by Philippe Starck and engineered by naval architect Martin Francis. It was built by the Blohm + Voss shipyard at the HDW deepwater facility in Kiel. It was ordered in November 2004, and delivered in 2008 at a rumoured cost of US$300 million. With a length of 119 metres (390 ft) and measuring almost 6,000 tonnes, it is one of the largest motor yachts in the world. It is owned by Russian entrepreneur and industrialist Andrey Melnichenko.

<i>Illusion</i> (yacht)

Illusion is a superyacht built in 2013 at the Dutch Heesen Yachts shipyard. The interior design of Illusion was done by Bannenberg & Rowell Design and the exterior work was done by Omega Architects. It was launched as the Galactica Star with an original sale price of €65 million.

<i>Andromeda</i> (2015 yacht)

Andromeda is a 107-meter luxury expedition yacht constructed for the New Zealand billionaire Graeme Hart. Launched in 2015 and completed in 2016, the vessel was initially named Ulyssess by Hart. The vessel was reportedly sold in 2017 to Yuri Milner and renamed Andromeda.

<i>Cloud 9</i> (yacht)

Oceanco's 88.5 m (290 ft) Cloud 9 was delivered in 2015 as Infinity. Her exterior design is the work of Espen Øino and her interior is by Sinot Exclusive Yacht Design and David Kleinberg Design Associates. The Master Suite includes a private exterior deck and whirlpool. Guest accommodations consist of two VIP suites and four spacious guest staterooms. The yacht is fitted with two 4.828 hp (3.600 kW) MTU engines and is capable of reaching speeds of 18.5 knots (34 km/h).

<i>Black Pearl</i> (yacht) Sailing yacht launched in 2016

Black Pearl is a sailing yacht launched in 2016, which is 106.7 meters (350.1 ft) in length. It has three DynaRig masts supporting a sail area of 2,900 square meters (31,215 sq ft). The yacht was known during its build process originally as Oceanco Y712 and thereafter as "Project Solar". The hull is steel, the superstructure aluminum, and the masts carbon fiber. The yacht is owned by the family of Russian billionaire Oleg Burlakov, who died on 21 June 2021.

The 80 m (260 ft) superyacht Constellation was launched at the Oceanco yard in Alblasserdam. Monaco based The A Group designed the exterior of Constellation, with interior design by Fantini Design & The A Group. Musashi is named after the Japanese samurai Miyamoto Musashi.

The 135.61 m (444.9 ft) superyacht Crescent was launched by Lürssen at their yard near Rendsburg. The yacht's exterior design is from Espen Øino (Oeino) and Zuretti Design was responsible for the interior design. She is owned by Caymanese company Black Dragon Minerals LLS. In March 2022, she was detained by Spain as property of Rosneft CEO Igor Sechin, who is sanctioned in connection with 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine.

<i>Ahpo</i> (yacht) Yacht, manufactured in 2018 by Lürssen

The 115.10 m (377.6 ft) superyacht Ahpo was launched by Lürssen at their yard near Rendsburg and delivered later that same year to Canadian-Jamaican billionaire Michael Lee-Chin. Ahpo was built as a replacement for the owners previous yacht, Quattroelle, which he sold in 2014.

<i>Faith</i> (yacht) Yacht, manufactured in 2017 by Feadship

The 96.55 m (316.8 ft) superyacht Faith was launched by Feadship at their yard in Makkum and delivered later that same year as a replacement for the owners previous yacht, now named Flag, which he sold in 2017 to Tommy Hilfiger.

The 68.20 m (223.8 ft) superyacht Ragnar was launched by ICON Yachts at their yard in Harlingen and delivered later that same year to Russian millionaire Vladimir Strzhalkovsky.

<i>Luna B</i> (yacht) Yacht, manufactured in 2005 by Oceanco

The 66 m (217 ft) superyacht Luna B was launched by Oceanco at their yard in Alblasserdam. The yacht's exterior design was done by the yard itself and Alberto Pinto was responsible for the interior design. She is owned by American/Canadian billionaire Robert Friedland.
