Alexei Dudchenko (born December 17, 1984) is a Russian male acrobatic gymnast [1] medalled at five Acrobatic Gymnastics World Championships. [2] In partnership with Konstantin Pilipchuk, he is a two-times world champion in men's pairs, winning in the 2012 and 2014. [3] He won silver medals at the 2006, 2008 and 2010. [4] Along with Pilipchuk, he also won silver medal on the 2009 World Games, [5] gold medal on the 2013 World Games and is a four-time European champion. [6] [7] [8] [9]

He was one of Rostov's torchbearers in the 2014 Winter Olympics torch relay. [10]

Acrobatic gymnastics is a competitive gymnastic discipline where partnerships of gymnasts work together and perform figures consisting of acrobatic moves, dance and tumbling, set to music. There are three types of routines; a 'balance' routine where the focus is on strength, poise and flexibility; a 'dynamic' routine which includes throws, somersaults and catches, and a 'combined' routine which includes elements from both balance and dynamic.

Axl Osborne is an acrobatic gymnast. He currently competes as the base in a mixed pair with his partner Tiffani Williams. With partner Tiffani Williams, Osbourne came 2nd at the 2016 Acrobatic Gymnastics World Championships. Revaz Gurgenidze is a Russian male acrobatic gymnast. With his partner Anna Katchalova, he achieved silver in the 2004 World Sports Acrobatics Championships and gold in the 2006 Acrobatic Gymnastics World Championships. With his partner Tatiana Okulova, he achieved silver in the 2010 Acrobatic Gymnastics World Championships and 2012 Acrobatic Gymnastics World Championships. FIG World Cup refers to a number of events organized by the International Gymnastics Federation (FIG) across seven competitive gymnastics disciplines: 1) acrobatic gymnastics, 2) aerobic gymnastics, 3) men's artistic gymnastics, 4) women's artistic gymnastics, 5) women's rhythmic gymnastics, 6) trampoline and tumbling, and 7) parkour.

<span class="mw-page-title-main">Matvei Petrov</span> Albanian artistic gymnast

Matvei Sergeyevich Petrov is a Russian-born Albanian artistic gymnast. He is the 2020 European Champion on the pommel horse, and he is Albania's first European medalist. He represented Albania at the 2020 Summer Olympics and was the first reserve for the pommel horse final after finishing tenth in the qualification round.

The Russia men's national artistic gymnastics team represents Russia in FIG international competitions. Additionally they have competed as the Russian Olympic Committee (ROC) and the Russian Gymnastics Federation (RGF) due to the World Anti-Doping Agency banning athletes from representing Russia in international competition.
