Takkay ki Ayegi Baraat is a Pakistani comedy-drama that aired on Geo TV from June 2011 to October 2011. The third instalment of its kind, it is a continuation of the hit Dolly ki Ayegi Baraat in the Evernew's popular storyline of Kis Ki Ayegi Baraat. The show includes most of the characters from Dolly ki Ayegi Baraat, and focuses on the story of Mustaq a.k.a. Takkay and Sila's friend Sukena. Takkay ki Ayegi Baraat is written by Vasay Chaudry who had co written the previous serial as well. The character of Sila, previously played by Sarwat Gilani and Ayesha Omar in the first and second serials respectively, is played by Alishba Yousuf. This is the third time the character of Sila has been played by a different actress. And the character of Azar is now played by Ahsan Khan.
Alishba Yousuf is a Pakistani VJ, model and actress who works in Pakistani television series and telefilms. She has appeared in supporting roles in several television series, including Main Abdul Qadir Hoon (2010), Takkay ki Ayegi Baraat (2011), Meray Dard Ko Jo Zuban Miley (2012), Annie ki Ayegi Baraat (2012), Sargoshi (2016) and Tanhaiyan Naye Silsilay (2012).

Annie Ki Ayegi Baraat is a 2012 Pakistani drama serial of the Kis Ki Aayegi Baraat franchise on Geo TV. It is directed by Marina Khan and Nadeem Beyg and written by Vasay Chaudhry. The drama had an ensemble cast consisting of Bushra Ansari, Hina Dilpazeer, Vasay Choudhary, Samina Ahmad, Manzoor Qureshi, Javed Sheikh, Saba Hameed, Huma Hameed, Behroze Sabzwari, Shakila Hassan, Laila Zuberi, Naveen Waqar, Alishba Yousuf, Shehzad Sheikh, Ahsan Khan, Ali Safina, Uroosa Siddiqui, Sana Askari, Natasha Ali and Raheel Butt.

Syed Mohammad Ahmed, frequently credited as Mohammad Ahmed, is a Pakistani screenwriter, lyricist, actor, and director. He is best known for Mystery Theater, Badtameez, Tum Se Kehna tha, Shaista Shaista, Azar Ki Ayegi Baraat, Annie Ki Ayegi Baraat, Tanhaiyan Naye Silsilay, Dareecha, Goya, and many other series and telefilms such as Khamoshi, Ghoongat and Ramchand Pakistani. His appearance as Shah Jahan/Agha Jan in Suno Chanda was praised by critics, and he went on to reprise his role in the sequel Suno Chanda 2. He has written dialogue for the Indian movie Tere Bin Laden, and has written screenplays for several television series. In 2019, he received a nomination for Best Actor for his role in the 2018 film Cake, at the 18th Lux Style Awards.
Shahzad Sheikh is a Pakistani television and film actor. He is the son of Pakistani actor, director and producer Jawed Sheikh. He made his acting debut with the television series Dreamers (2011), and has since gained success with starring roles in several successful television series, including the comedy Annie Ki Ayegi Baraat (2012), the teen romance Choti Si Zindagi (2016), the romantic drama Mohabbat Tumse Nafrat Hai (2017), the spiritual drama Alif Allah Aur Insaan (2017), the religious drama Qurban (2017), and the romances Tabeer (2018), Anaa (2019).
Dolly Ki Ayegi Baraat is a Pakistani drama serial and second installment of the Baraat Series, aired on Geo Entertainment in 2010. The series stars Bushra Ansari, Saba Hameed, Javed Sheikh, Samina Ahmed, Natasha Ali and Nabeel Butt, respired their roles from the previous season while Ali Safina and Ayesha Omer joined for this season. Directed by Nadeem Baig and Marina Khan, the script was co-written by Bushra Ansari and Vasay Chaudhry. The story revolves around the marriage and wedding plans of Azar's cousin Dolly and also focuses on the themes of cultural clash and our attitude towards the class system of society.
Nadeem Baig is a Pakistani film and television director, producer and writer from Karachi. Baig won the Lux Style Award For Best Director for Punjab Nahi Jaungi.
Hira Tareen is a Pakistani model and actress. Her appearances include Mohabat Subh Ka Sitara Hai, Goya, Tum Kon Piya, Khuda Mera Bhi Hai, Khaas, Zard Zamano Ka Sawera and Choti Choti Batain. She has also appeared in 2013 film Seedlings.
Kis Ki Aayegi Baraat or Baraat Series is a Pakistani comedy television series developed by Marina Khan and Nadeem Baig for Geo Entertainment. Loosely based on Desi weddings, each season follows the story of four upper-class Karachiites marrying into a rich yet contrasting family from Faisalabad as they navigate through personal Sturm und Drang.
Hira Salman, known as Hira Mani, is a Pakistani television actress, singer, presenter, and former video jockey. The nephew of actor Adnan Siddiqui, he appeared in notable television projects including Gumrah, Khuda Dekh Raha Hai, Shikwa, Dareecha, Azar Ki Ayegi Baraat, Joru Ka Ghulam, Sanam, Tawaan. He is best known for his role as an Antagonist in Surkh Chandni which is about Acid Attack victims. He made his film debut with Wajahat Rauf's Chhalawa with his real life partner Zara Noor Abbas.
