Ninja Tune is an English independent record label based in London. It has a satellite office in Los Angeles. It was founded by Matt Black and Jonathan More and managed by Peter Quicke and others.
Super Fly is the third studio album by American soul musician Curtis Mayfield, released in July 1972 on Curtom Records. It was released as the soundtrack for the Blaxploitation film of the same name. Widely considered a classic of 1970s soul and funk music, Super Fly was a nearly immediate hit. Its sales were bolstered by two million-selling singles, "Freddie's Dead" and the title track. Super Fly is one of the few soundtracks to out-gross the film it accompanied.

Motion is the debut album by the Cinematic Orchestra, released on 27 September 1999 on Ninja Tune. The album's concept came from core band member, Jason Swinscoe, who had amassed various samples - drum patterns, basslines and melody samples - that had inspired and influenced him. He then presented them to a group of musicians to learn and then improvise around. The resulting draft tracks were then re-mixed on computer by Swinscoe to create the finished album.
Every Day is the second studio album by the Cinematic Orchestra. It was released through Ninja Tune on 27 April 2002 in Japan and 13 May 2002 elsewhere. It was re-released in November 2003 with two additional tracks. It was written and produced by band members Phil France and Jason Swinscoe. In 2010, it was awarded a gold certification from the Independent Music Companies Association, which indicated sales of at least 100,000 copies throughout Europe.
Man with a Movie Camera is a 2003 soundtrack album by The Cinematic Orchestra, released on 26 May 2003 on Ninja Tune. The album contains re-workings and thematic reprises of some of the music from the band's previous album, 2002's Every Day, including the track "Man with a Movie Camera" and an instrumental version of "All Things to All Men" entitled "All Things".
Alternately Deep is the fifth studio album of original material by Roots Manuva. It was released on 13 March 2006 on the Big Dada label.
Xen Cuts is a compilation album released by Ninja Tune independent record label on their tenth anniversary. The album was released in a four-piece vinyl recording (ZEN49), as two-disc CD (ZENCD049) and as a three-disc CD (ZENCD049X) versions, with the third disc "Xen Cuts Missed Flipped and Skipped" also released separately (ZENCD49C). The compilation consists mainly of B-sides and other tracks previously unreleased on CD.
"Witness " is a song by British rapper Roots Manuva, released as the first single from his second studio album Run Come Save Me (2001). A hip hop song with influences of dancehall and funk music and an electronically-inspired bass line, it contains lyrical references to Roots Manuva's British cultural roots with a melody that deliberately resembles the theme song to TV show Doctor Who. Record labels Big Dada and Ninja Tune released "Witness " in various formats during July 2001.

"To Build a Home" is a song by English electronic music group the Cinematic Orchestra, with vocals and piano performed by Canadian singer-songwriter Patrick Watson. It was released as the second single from the group's third studio album, Ma Fleur (2007), on 29 October 2007. The song's music video was notable for including themes of euthanasia in a short narrative film that also included the song ‘Breathe’, and ran to over 12 minutes. Shot on location in Cumbria, the video was premiered on Channel Four, featuring the actors Peter Mullan and Julia Ford, and directed by animator Andrew Griffin. In 2015, the song peaked at number 96 on the French Singles Chart.
To Believe is the fifth studio album by the British group The Cinematic Orchestra. It was released on 15 March 2019 through Ninja Tune and Domino. It is the group's first album in 12 years following Ma Fleur (2007), and was supported by a tour in the second quarter of 2019.
