Amani Richards (born 16 November 2004) is an English professional footballer who plays as a forward for EFL League One club Exeter City, on loan from Premier League club Leicester City. [2]

Club career

Richards moved from Chelsea to Arsenal in March 2021, signing his first professional contract in December of the same year. [3] The following month he left the club, signing with Leicester City in January 2022. [4] At the end of the 2022–23 season, he was named Academy player of the season for his performance in U18 Premier League. [5]

On 29 August 2024, Richards joined Exeter City on a season-long loan. [6] He made his professional debut with the club two days later, coming on as a substitute in the 73rd minute of a 2–0 away win over Bolton Wanderers in League One. [7] Richards scored his first senior goal on 1 October 2024 in a 1–0 away win at Leyton Orient. [8]
