Amotion is a DVD–CD set released by American rock band A Perfect Circle on November 16, 2004, only two weeks after the debut of the band's third album, eMOTIVe. The DVD consists of music videos for singles such as "Judith", "3 Libras" and "Weak and Powerless" as well as previously unreleased videos for singles such as "Blue" and "Thinking of You". The CD is composed entirely of remixes of the singles from Mer de Noms and Thirteenth Step. The songs were retooled by Danny Lohner, Joshua Eustis, Massive Attack, and James Iha among others. The video album debuted at number four on the SoundScan Top Music Video chart and number ten on the Australian music DVD chart. aMOTION was certified Platinum by the RIAA on 17 December 2004.

MCA changed producers for this album and had Brown work with hit-making songwriting and production duo Babyface and L.A. Reid. Brown dedicated the album to his deceased best friend James "Jimbo" Flint who was stabbed to death when Brown was aged 11. Don't Be Cruel incorporates new jack swing, R&B, funk, dance and soul.

Rob Zombie described his collaboration with Alice Cooper on the song as one of the "great moments where you really feel like you've made your dreams come true". Zombie and Cooper were nominated for the Grammy Award for Best Metal Performance in 1997 for the song, losing out to Rage Against the Machine's "Tire Me".
"Foxy Foxy" is the first promotional single off of Rob Zombie's third solo album Educated Horses. It features a more hard rock-based sound than his previous releases. The lyrics contain a reference to Lon Chaney Sr.'s He Who Gets Slapped. The song can be heard on the April 13, 2006, episode of The O.C., entitled "The Dawn Patrol". It was also used for Candice Michelle's Playboy Cover Unveiling on the March 6, 2006 episode of WWE Monday Night Raw.
"Living Dead Girl" is the second single from Rob Zombie's solo debut album Hellbilly Deluxe. The line, "Who is this irresistible creature who has an insatiable love for the dead?" in the beginning of the song is from the trailer of the film Lady Frankenstein. The music in the beginning of the song is taken from the trailer of the Wes Craven film, The Last House on the Left. The spoken words "What are you thinking about?/The same thing you are" at the beginning of the verses are taken from the 1971 film Daughters of Darkness. In this song, Zombie sings, "Goldfoot's machine creates another fiend so beautiful they make you kill". This relates to the villain played by Vincent Price in the 1965 film Dr. Goldfoot and the Bikini Machine and the 1966 film Dr. Goldfoot and the Girl Bombs. Also, he sings "Operation Filth they love to love the wealth of an SS whore making scary sounds." This is possibly a reference to the notorious 1974 film Ilsa: She-Wolf of the SS.

Scott Humphrey is a Canadian record producer and mix engineer. He began his music career as a keyboard player and programmer. He is best known for his work with multiplatinum recording artist Rob Zombie and has co-written, co-produced and mixed all of his records up to 2007's Zombie Live. He was also Rob Zombie's co-composer for the score to Zombie's film House of 1000 Corpses. Much of the production work was done at Humphrey's studio, The Chop Shop.
Behind The Player: Tommy Clufetos is an Interactive Music Video featuring Rob Zombie drummer Tommy Clufetos. Released on November 1, 2008 by IMV, the DVD features Tommy giving in-depth drum lessons for how to play "Lords of Salem"" and "American Witch" by Rob Zombie and an intimate behind-the scenes look at his life as a professional musician, including rare photos and video. The DVD also includes Tommy jamming the two tracks with Rob Zombie bassist Blasko, VideoTab that shows exactly how Tommy plays his parts in the two songs, as well as other bonus material.
