Amrita Hospital is a private tertiary care hospital in Faridabad, NCR Delhi, India. It is the largest private multi-specialist hospital in Asia, and was inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. [1] [2] [3] [4] [5] It has 2,600 beds, 81 specialities, 64 fully-networked modular operation theatres [6] and smart ICUs with 534 critical care beds [7] and a helipad on the roof. [8] It is one of the world's largest hospitals by capacity. [9] It is affiliated to Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham School of medicine. [10]

The hospital is spread over 130 acres with a built up area of 3.6 million square feet. [11] It has nursing colleges and college for Allied Health Sciences and has a seven-story research block and eight centres of excellence. The price of construction was estimated to be 60 billion rupees. [12] [13] [14]

Inauguration

The hospital was inaugurated on 24 August 2022 by Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi and facilitated by Sadguru Mata Amritanandamayi Devi in the presence of Chief minister of Haryana Manohar Lal Khattar and Governor of Haryana Bandaru Dattatreya. [15] Stanford Medical school prof Dr. Michael Snyder was also keynote speaker in the event. [16] [17]

In Kharkhoda Chhapadeshwar Mahadev Mandir is very popular within the connected villages. At the time of Maha Shivratri festival a large number of tourists comes for visiting the temple. Due to the proximity of UT of Delhi, there is a lot of scope of industrial and residential development in the area. Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation acquired 3,200 acres of land to develop Industrial Model Township (IMT). Western Peripheral Expressway (KMP) is just 1 km and Delhi–Amritsar–Katra Expressway is 5 km away from the city. On 28 August 2022 Shri Narendra Modi laid foundation stone of Maruti Suzuki's new manufacturing plant in Kharkhoda. Khanda village of Kharkhoda block have a statue of Baba Banda Singh Bahadur which was inaugurated by CM of Haryana Manohar Lal Khattar on Shaurya Diwas celebrated in Khanda, Sonipat.

The Eastern Peripheral Expressway (EPE) or Kundli–Ghaziabad–Palwal Expressway is a 135 km (84 mi) long, 6-lane wide expressway passing through the states of Haryana and Uttar Pradesh in India. The expressway starts from the Western Peripheral Expressway at Kundli, Sonipat, passing through Baghpat, Ghaziabad and Noida districts in UP and Faridabad district in Haryana before rejoining the Western Peripheral Expressway near Dholagarh, Palwal. Eastern Peripheral Expressway along with Western Peripheral Expressway completes the largest Ring Road around Delhi. The Eastern Peripheral Expressway was declared as National Expressway 2 (NE-2) in March 2006.

Neharpar also known as Greater Faridabad refers to newly developed Sectors 66 to 89 in Faridabad, Haryana, India. Sector 66 to 74 are Industrial Sectors whereas Sector 75 to 89 are Residential Sectors. This area is being developed new, and hence boast of wide roads, tall buildings, malls, educational institutions, and commercial centers. This area is also referred to as Greater Faridabad. Faridabad has a huge amount of central funding coming from Jawaharlal Nehru National Urban Renewal Mission (JnNURM).

Amrita Hospital, formerly known as Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences (AIMS) is a multi-speciality tertiary care hospital based in Kochi, India. The Delhi–Mumbai Expressway, also labeled as National Expressway 4, is a 1,350 km long, 8-lane wide under-construction access-controlled expressway connecting India's national capital New Delhi to its financial capital Mumbai. The foundation stone for the project was laid by union minister Nitin Gadkari in the presence of Sushma Swaraj and Arun Jaitley on 8 March 2019 and is inaugurated by PM Modi. The total project value including the land acquisition cost is around ₹1,00,000 crores . 

The All India Institutes of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) is a group of autonomous government public medical universities of higher education under the jurisdiction of Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India. These institutes have been declared by an Act of Parliament as Institutes of National Importance. AIIMS New Delhi, the forerunner institute, was established in 1956. Since then, 24 more institutes were announced.

Statue of Subhas Chandra Bose, also known as the Netaji's Statue, is a monolithic statue made of black granite, dedicated to Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose, Indian freedom fighter and Commander-in-Chief of Indian National Army. The statue 28 feet (8.5 m) in total height, including a 8 feet (2.4 m) in total width. It is placed under the canopy behind India Gate in Delhi. The statue was sculpted by Mysuru-based sculptor Arun Yogiraj, whose other prominent works include the Statue of Adi Shankaracharya in Kedarnath. Prominent attendees at the dedication ceremony in 2022 included Prime Minister Narendra Modi, members of his cabinet, MP Hardeep Singh Puri, G. Kishan Reddy and Arjun Ram Meghwal.
