Anal by Anal is the first release by Japanese noise rock band Boredoms. [3] [4] It was released in 1986 by Japanese label Trans Records and again in 1993 by SSE Communications. [1]

Boredoms is a rock band from Osaka, Japan formed in 1986. The band's sound is often referred to as noise rock, or sometimes Japanoise, though their more recent records have moved toward repetitive psychedelic rock, ambient soundscapes, and tribal drumming.
"GBI (German Bold Italic)" is a 1997 song by Japanese-American music producer Towa Tei, featuring vocals from Australian singer Kylie Minogue, Japanese musician Haruomi Hosono, and co-written by Tei and Minogue. It is the lead single from Tei's second studio album, Sound Museum (1997), released by Arthrob in the United Kingdom. The song is a "minimalist" house-techno track with lyrics portrayed Minogue as a typeface called "German Bold Italic", with her vocals performed in a tongue-in-cheek style.
Gone Fishin' is the second studio album by San Francisco-based punk rock band Flipper, released in 1984 by Subterranean Records. The album's artwork featured a depiction of Flipper's tour van as a ready-to-cut-out-and-assemble centerpiece, with similar cutouts of the four band members on the back cover. At the time of the album's release, Subterranean offered extra empty covers of the album by mail order for $2 for those Flipper fans that wanted to have a cover to cut up and assemble. The album was reissued by Water Records on December 9, 2008, for the first time on CD, with liner notes provided by Buzz Osborne of the Melvins.

It combines the band's first album, Osorezan no Stooges Kyo, with its first EP, Anal by Anal. It was rereleased in 2004 by Very Friendly Records in the United Kingdom.
