Rodney James Tucker is an Australian cricket umpire, member of the ICC Elite Umpire Panel and officiates in international Tests, ODIs and T20Is. He was a cricketer who played briefly for New South Wales from 1985/86 to 1987/88, before moving to Tasmania where he played from 1987/88 to 1998/99. He was also vice-captain of Tasmania from 1991/92 until 1995/96. He briefly played as Captain/Coach for the Canberra Comets in the 1999/2000 season before retiring from cricket as a player.
The 2012 ICC World Twenty20 Qualifier was played in early 2012 as a part of the ICC World Twenty20 Qualifier series. This edition of the qualifier for the 2012 ICC World Twenty20 was an expanded version comprising ten qualifiers from regional Twenty20 tournaments, in addition to the six ODI/Twenty20 status countries. The 2014 ICC Cricket World Cup Qualifier was a cricket tournament that formed the final part of the Cricket World Cup qualification process for the 2015 World Cup. The top two teams qualified for the World Cup, joining Ireland and for the first time Afghanistan, both of whom already qualified through the 2011–13 ICC World Cricket League Championship and maintained their ODI status. The World Cup Qualifier was the final event of the 2009–14 World Cricket League. Scotland was originally scheduled to host the tournament in July and August 2013. It was staged in New Zealand, from 13 January to 1 February 2014 after Scotland relinquished the right to host it.
Gregory O'Brian Brathwaite is a cricket umpire from Barbados. His One Day International (ODI) umpiring debut was on 7 August 2011, in a match between Canada and Afghanistan in the 2011–13 ICC World Cricket League Championship. He was one of the eight umpires for the 2016 ICC World Cricket League Division Four tournament. He made his One Day International umpiring debut in a match between Papua New Guinea and Scotland on 24 November 2017. He stood in his first Twenty20 International match between the Philippines and Vanuatu in the Regional Final of the 2018–19 ICC World Twenty20 East Asia-Pacific Qualifier tournament on 23 March 2019.
The 2017 Desert T20 Challenge was an international Twenty20 International (T20I) cricket tournament that was held in Dubai and Abu Dhabi from 14 to 20 January 2017. The eight Associate Members of the International Cricket Council that have T20I status were scheduled to take part. However, Papua New Guinea declined to participate and were replaced by Namibia. Therefore, matches with Namibia were played as Twenty20 matches.
Vinay Kumar Jha is a Nepalese cricket umpire, who is on the Associates and Affiliates Umpire Panel of the International Cricket Council (ICC). He stood in matches in the 2009 ICC World Cricket League Division Six tournament and in the 2015–17 ICC World Cricket League Championship fixtures between Nepal and Kenya in March 2017.
Kim Cotton is a New Zealand cricket umpire. In August 2018, she stood in matches in the 2018–19 ICC World Twenty20 East Asia-Pacific Qualifier tournament, and the following month was added to the Development Panel of ICC Umpires.
Lauren Agenbag is a South African cricket umpire. Since February 2019, she has set several firsts in regards to women's umpiring in international and domestic cricket matches.
Rahul Asher is an Indian-born cricket umpire based in Oman. In July 2017, Asher was selected to officiate in matches in the Under-19 Cricket World Cup qualification tournament in Singapore. He was one of the umpires in the 2018 ICC World Cricket League Division Three tournament in Oman. In April 2018, he was appointed to the Development Panel of ICC Umpires.
