Andrey Aguilar Komissarov (born 18 November 1960) is a Costa Rican former swimmer who competed in the 1980 Summer Olympics and in the 1984 Summer Olympics. [1] His sister is freestyle swimmer Natasha Aguilar.

The Federated States of Micronesia sent a team of five athletes to compete at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, China. The appearance of the delegation marked the third appearance by a Micronesian team at the Olympics since its debut at the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney, Australia. Three male athletes and two female athletes comprised the Olympic team. None of the track or swimming athletes advanced past the qualification round, and Minginfel placed second to last in his event. There has yet to be a medalist from the Federated States of Micronesia. Minginfel held the Micronesian flag in the opening ceremony.

Andrey Ivanovich Krylov is a former freestyle swimmer from the Soviet Union and four-time Olympic medalist. He first won a silver medal in the 4x200 freestyle relay at the 1976 Summer Olympics in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Four years later in Moscow Krylov won gold in the 4x200 freestyle relay and silver in the 200m freestyle and 400m freestyle.

Andrey Korneyev was a breaststroke swimmer from Russia, who won the bronze medal in the men's 200 m breaststroke event at the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta, United States. A year earlier he captured the gold medal in the same event at the 1995 European Championships in Vienna, Austria.

Andrey Yevgenyevich Dunayev is a retired Russian swimmer who won the silver medal in 400 m medley at the 1966 European Aquatics Championships. Next year he set a new European record, and in 1968 a new world record in the same event, but finished only seventh at the 1968 Summer Olympics. Between 1964 and 1968 he won 10 national titles and set 9 national records in the 200 m and 400 m medley and 800 m and 1500 m freestyle events. In the 1990s, he also won national titles in the masters category.

Andrey Morkovin is an Uzbek former swimmer, who specialized in breaststroke events. Morkovin qualified for the men's 200 m breaststroke at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens, by clearing a FINA B-cut of 2:18.76 from the Russian Open Championships in Moscow. He challenged seven other swimmers in heat two, including dual citizen Mihail Alexandrov of Bulgaria. He raced to fifth place by seven tenths of a second (0.70) behind Algeria's Sofiane Daid in 2:18.48. Morkovin failed to advance into the semifinals, as he placed thirty-fourth overall in the preliminaries.
