Aniket Chattopadhyay (born 9 January 1963) is an Indian journalist and film director in Bengali cinema. [1] He has directed the films, Chha-e Chhuti (2009), Bye Bye Bangkok (2011), [2] the romantic comedy film Goraay Gondogol (2012), [3] Mahapurush O Kapurush (2013), Janala Diye Bou Palalo (2014), Room No. 103 (2015), Shankar Mudi (2019), and Kabir (2018). He was also the news editor of Bengali news channel Kolkata TV.

The film was screened in the Marché du Film section of the 2009 Cannes Film Festival.

Bye Bye Bangkok is a 2011 Bengali comedy drama film, directed by Aniket Chattopadhyay. It featured Swastika Mukherjee, Rajesh Sharma, Silajit Majumder, Rudranil Ghosh, Kharaj Mukherjee, Anjana Basu, Locket Chatterjee, Sonali Chowdhury, Kanchan Mullick, Kanchana Maitra, Neel Mukherjee, Rajatava Dutta, Biswajit Chakraborty, Sudipa Basu and others.

He has worked in the theatre group Swapnasandhani. Mullick is an All India Trinamool Congress candidate at Uttarpara constituency in 2021 West Bengal Legislative Assembly election, and has won the seat.

Dulal Lahiri is an Indian actor and director. He has appeared in numerous Bengali films and TV series. He was critically appreciated for his Cinemawalla (1993) a Bengali TV series starring Rituparna Sengupta. He introduced Sreelekha Mitra in his directorial venture Balikar Prem.
