Burns played football at North Division High School in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He also played basketball and was a member of the track & field team.
Burns began his collegiate career at Rochester Community and Technical College where he was selected as a junior college All-American. He earned a scholarship to the University of Minnesota where he was an All-Big Ten Conference selection in his junior and senior years. Burns finished his collegiate career with 75 receptions for 1,006 yards and seven touchdowns. He also returned 13 kickoffs for 253 yards. As a senior in 2002, Burns led the Golden Gophers with 44 catches for 526 yards and four scores.
Antoine Burns signed with the Cleveland Browns following the 2003 NFL draft. After being waived, he was signed to the Seattle Seahawks' practice squad. Seattle allocated Burns to the Amsterdam Admirals of the NFL Europe, but he injured his ankle in the first game of the season. In 2004, he moved to the practice squad of the Carolina Panthers, where he remained for the 2005 season. [1]
In 2006 Burns, an AFL rookie with the Los Angeles Avengers, set a single-season team record for kickoff return yardage. In 10 games he returned 51 kickoffs for 984 yards and two touchdowns. His record broke the team's single-season record of 956 set by Kevin Ingram in 2004. Burns also finished the 2006 season with 19 receptions for 239 yards. In addition, he ran the ball three times for 22 yards and averaged a team-high 124.5 all-purpose yards per game.
Burns served as the Assistant Head Coach and Receivers Coach with the Club Status program at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee from 2013 to 2016, Milwaukee Panthers football He also has spent time coaching at his alma mater, Milwaukee North Division, and at Milwaukee Vincent High school.
Burns has also as a Director of NFL Alumni Youth Football camps since 2013.

Knox's career abruptly ended after sustaining a severe spinal injury in 2011. When it became apparent he would never be cleared to play again, he retired in 2013. Knox was also a coaching intern for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2015.

Cody Michael Pearcy is an American football coach and former player. He currently serves at the strength and conditioning coordinator and wide receivers coach for the Birmingham-Southern Panthers, an NCAA Division III program located in Birmingham, Alabama. He has served in that capacity since 2017. Prior to working as Birmingham-Southern's strength and conditioning coordinator, he was on the staff as the wide receivers coach since 2016. He previously was a graduate assistant at his alma mater, Huntingdon College, in Montgomery, Alabama, from 2014 to 2015. Before coaching college football he played wide receiver at the college level for the Huntingdon Hawks (2008-2011) also of the NCAA Division III. After graduating from Huntingdon College during the spring of 2012 he went undrafted in the 2012 NFL draft. Shortly after he signed with the Atlanta Falcons. He was cut by the Falcons in August 2012 before the start of the 2012 NFL season. After he failed to sign with another National Football League team he signed and played for the Cleveland Gladiators of the Arena Football League for the 2013 season. He was cut following the season. He then signed with the Columbus Lions who were at the time a part of the Professional Indoor Football League (PIFL) in November 2013. He played for the Lions for the 2014 season. He was cut by the Lions in July 2014, ending his professional playing career and returning to Huntingdon College that same month as a graduate assistant.

He played college football at LSU and was a part of their national championship win in 2020. In college he played wide receiver. He was drafted by the Seahawks in the seventh round of the 2020 NFL draft.
