Anton Richter (7 December 1911 15 August 1989) was an Austrian male weightlifter, who competed in the featherweight class and represented Austria at international competitions. He won the silver medal at the 1937 World Weightlifting Championships in the 60 kg category. He participated at the 1936 Summer Olympics in the 60 kg event. [1] [2] He set one world record in the featherweight clean & jerk and one in the featherweight total.

Valerios Leonidis is a Greek former Olympic medalist weightlifter and current weightlifting trainer. He has won Olympic silver medal at 1996 Atlanta Olympic games in 64 kg division. Also two silver and one bronze World Championship medals. He has competed in different weight classes from 60 kg to 69 kg. His rivalry with world-record holder Naim Süleymanoğlu in the men's 64 kg was a very popular part of the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta, in which he won the silver medal.

Im Yong-su is a North Korean weightlifter. He won a gold medal in the men's 62 kg division at the 2002 World Weightlifting Championships in Warsaw, Poland, with a total of 315.0 kilograms. He also captured two silver medals at the Asian Games. Im competed for the same division at the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney, and at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens, but he neither completed the event, nor claimed an Olympic medal.

Said Khalifa Gouda was an Egyptian weightlifter who competed in the featherweight and lightweight class and represented Egypt at international competitions. He won the gold medal at the 1951 World Weightlifting Championships in the 60 kg category. He also competed in the men's featherweight event at the 1952 Summer Olympics.

Nam Su-Il was a South Korean male weightlifter, who competed in the featherweight class and represented South Korea at international competitions. He won the silver medal at the 1947 World Weightlifting Championships in the 60 kg category. He participated at the 1948 Summer Olympics in the 60 kg event and at the 1952 Summer Olympics in the 60 kg event. He set three featherweight world records in 1938-40 – two in the press and one in the total.

Gábor Szarvas was a Hungarian male weightlifter, who competed in the middleweight class and represented Hungary at international competitions. He won the silver medal at the 1969 World Weightlifting Championships and the bronze medal at the 1970 World Weightlifting Championships, both in the 75 kg category. He participated at the 1972 Summer Olympics in the 75 kg event. Szarvas had furthermore the following podium finishes at major championships: second in the 1969 European Championships Middleweight class (440.0 kg); second in the 1970 European Championships Middleweight class (452.5 kg); second in the 1971 European Championships Middleweight class (460.0 kg); second in the 1978 European Championships Featherweight class (275.0 kg).

Fritz Haller was an Austrian male former weightlifter, who competed in the light heavyweight class and represented Austria at international competitions. He won the gold medal at the 1937 World Weightlifting Championships and the silver medal at the 1938 World Weightlifting Championships, both in the 82.5 kg category. He also competed at the 1936 Summer Olympics and the 1948 Summer Olympics.

Dean Willey is a British former weightlifter.

Eugen Mühlberger was a German weightlifter, who competed in the featherweight category and represented Germany at international competitions. He won German national championships in 1925–27, 1929, 1930 and 1932. He competed at the 1928 Summer Olympics, where he placed 11th among 21 competitors. Mühlberger set the world record in the featherweight category in the snatch, lifting 93 kg on 18 March 1929 in Hamburg. He won the European Weightlifting Championships in 1930, placed second the following year, held the world record in his division in 1931, but did not attend the 1932 Summer Olympics held in Los Angeles.

Neno Stoyanov Terziyski is a Bulgarian weightlifter who competed in the 1980s and 1990s. He won three World and four European championships and competed in the 1992 Summer Olympics, finishing fourth.
