Aqua Multiespacio is an office skyscraper in Valencia, Spain. Completed in 2006, it has 22 floors and stands 95 metres (312 feet) tall. [1] This makes it the third tallest building in Valencia, after the Hilton Valencia and Torre de Francia.
The complex consists of two towers. Construction began in 2002 and ended in 2006. The complex was designed by two architectural firms: E. Clerk Architects and L35 [2] with Eduardo Simarro. It is located near the City of Arts and Sciences. The five-story parking garage has a capacity of 2,400 vehicles.[ citation needed ] The construction of the parking garage took more than a year.[ citation needed ] The design of the study project was Jerde California, who specializes in the development of tertiary areas, however, it was Spanish architectural firms, Simarro and Escribano, which gave shape and form to the construction.[ citation needed ] Additionally, the buildings have art[ peacock prose ].
The building was opened on June 1, 2006 and has 110 stores in an area of 35,000 square meters. The office tower is 23,000 square meters, and there is also 16,000 square meters for two hotels. The construction cost was €240 million.[ citation needed ]
The shareholders for the project are Iberdrola estate, whose headquarters have been moved to the complex and Valencia Gesfesa residential.[ citation needed ]

Fountain Place is a 60-story late-modernist skyscraper in downtown Dallas, Texas. Standing at a structural height of 720 ft (220 m), it is the fifth-tallest building in Dallas, and the 15th-tallest in Texas. A new 45-story sibling tower, AMLI Fountain Place, has been built to its northwest on an adjacent lot.

Carew Tower is a 49-story, 574-foot (175 m) Art Deco building completed in 1931 in the heart of downtown Cincinnati, Ohio, United States, overlooking the Ohio River waterfront. The structure is the second-tallest building in the city, and it was added to the register of National Historic Landmarks on April 19, 1994. The tower is named after Joseph T. Carew, proprietor of the Mabley & Carew department store chain, which had previously operated in a building on the site.

In 2022, the office skyscraper was purchased by DRA Advisors and CP Group, the largest office landlord in Downtown Miami and Florida.
The Union Square is a mixed-use commercial and residential real estate project in Hong Kong, located on the West Kowloon reclamation in Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon. The area covers 13.54 hectares, while the site has a gross floor area of 1,090,026 square metres (11,732,940 sq ft), approximately the size of the Canary Wharf development in London. The complex contained some of the tallest buildings in Hong Kong, which includes the tallest commercial building in Hong Kong, the 118-storey International Commerce Centre and the loftiest residential tower in Hong Kong, The Cullinan, which rises 270-metre (890 ft) high.
One Kennedy Square is a 10-story building located at 777 Woodward Avenue in Downtown Detroit, Michigan, near Campus Martius Park. Aqua is an 82-story mixed-use skyscraper in Lakeshore East, downtown Chicago, Illinois. Designed by a team led by Jeanne Gang of Studio Gang Architects, with James Loewenberg of Loewenberg & Associates as the Architect of Record, it includes five levels of parking below ground. The building's eighty-story, 140,000 sq ft (13,000 m2) base is topped by a 82,550 sq ft (7,669 m2) terrace with gardens, gazebos, pools, hot tubs, a walking/running track and a fire pit. Each floor covers approximately 16,000 sq ft (1,500 m2).
Azrieli Center is a complex of three skyscrapers in Tel Aviv. At the base of the complex lies a large shopping mall. The complex was designed by Israeli-American architect Eli Attia. After Attia and the developer of the complex David Azrieli fell out, completion of the project was passed on to the Tel Aviv firm of Moore Yaski Sivan Architects.

Naberezhnaya Tower is an office complex composed of two skyscrapers and a high-rise located on plot 10 in the Moscow International Business Center (MIBC) in Moscow, Russia with a total area of 254,000 m2 (2,730,000 sq ft). The government center has included several iterations of the Franklin County Courthouse, including a building completed in 1840 and another completed in 1887. The City of Capitals is a mixed-use complex composed of two skyscrapers and an office building located on plot 9 in the Moscow International Business Center in Moscow, Russia with a total area of 288,680 square metres (3,107,300 sq ft). The two skyscrapers are named after the two historical capitals of Russia: Moscow and Saint Petersburg. Construction of the complex began in 2005, with the office building completed in 2008 and the two skyscrapers completed in 2009.
Union Square is a skyscraper complex at Sixth Avenue between Union and University Streets in Downtown Seattle, Washington, adjacent to Freeway Park. It consists of two skyscrapers built in the 1980s and primarily used for office space. The entire complex features a 1,100-stall parking garage, a courtyard, a retail plaza spanning three stories and an underground pedestrian concourse that connects with the Fifth Avenue Theater and Rainier Square. Both structures were awarded LEED certification in 2009 and eventually received LEED Platinum certification 6 years later as a result of reduced annual energy consumption by 40 percent through recent renovations. The entire complex is currently managed by Washington Holdings, a real estate firm also known as Union Square LLC which is based in Seattle.
Torres Llaves de Oro is the complex of twin skyscrapers Torre Llaves de Oro 1 and Torre Llaves de Oro 2. They are located in Valencia, Spain. Completed in 2003, has 26 floors and rises 90 metres. These are some of the tallest buildings in the city, lower than Hilton Valencia, Torre de Francia, Aqua Multiespacio; have the same height as the very similar Ademuz buildings.
Ademuz is the complex of twin skyscrapers Ademuz 1 and Ademuz 2. They are located in Valencia, Spain. Completed in 2003, Ademuz 1 has 26 floors, Ademuz 2 has 24 floors, and both have a height 90 metres. These are some of the tallest buildings in the city, lower than Hilton Valencia, Torre de Francia, Aqua Multiespacio; have the same height as the very similar Torres Llaves de Oro. Ademuz 1 is residential building, Ademuz 1 is hotel.
The Isla Multiespacio Complex is among the most ambitious architectural projects of recent years in Venezuela. This is currently under construction in the Municipality of San Diego in Valencia, Carabobo State (Venezuela). Its construction started in July 2009 and is expected to be completed in 2018. From the Isla Multiespacio stands the highest office tower in the Midwest, the skyscraper would be 150 m initially but then they decided to increase the height to 252.8 m and 65 flooring, it's the tallest building in Venezuela, built the first private theater in the nation and a hotel designed for guests with joy social areas looking at the city from above, among other projects.
