Mexicana Universal 2018

Molina began her pageantry career representing Tabasco, one of 24 finalists in her country's national beauty pageant Mexicana Universal 2018 [3] , held on June 3, 2018, in Foro de TV Azteca, Ciudad de México, México where she was first runner-up. [4]

Reina Hispanoamericana 2018

On July 9, 2018, Molina was designated by Mexicana Universal Organization as the representative of Mexico at Reina Hispanoamericana 2018, held in Bolivia on November 3, 2018, and was first runner-up. [5]

The Mexicana Universal is a national beauty pageant in Mexico held annually since 2018, replacing the former pageant, Nuestra Belleza México, held since 1994. Thirty contestants of the Mexican Republic competed for the national title, which was won by Rosa Maria Ojeda from Sinaloa, who later competed in Miss Universe 2007 in Mexico where she was a Semifinalist in the Top 10. Ojeda was crowned by outgoing Nuestra Belleza México titleholder Priscila Perales. She was the second Sinaloan to win this title.

Reina Hispanoamericana is an annual beauty pageant celebrating Hispanic heritage, language and culture, started in 1991 as Reina Sudamericana, is based in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia. Up to 2003 the participants were restricted to the 10 countries in South America; in 2004 participants from Panama and Costa Rica in Central America were invited; and in 2006 participants from the Dominican Republic, Nicaragua, Puerto Rico, Portugal & Spain joined. In 2007 Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras & United States were added, and the name changed to Reina Hispanoamericana. In 2008, Curaçao and Haiti were added. In 2017, the Philippines, Canada, and Australia were added. In 2023, Indonesia was added.

Nuestra Belleza México 2011, the 18th annual Nuestra Belleza México beauty pageant, was held at the Centro Internacional de Convenciones in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, Mexico on August 20, 2011. Thirty-four contestants from the Mexican Republic competed for the national title, which was won by Karina González from Aguascalientes who later competed in Miss Universe 2012 in the United States, where she was a Semifinalist in the Top 10. González was crowned by outgoing Nuestra Belleza México titleholder Karin Ontiveros and Miss Universe 2010 titleholder Ximena Navarrete. She was the first Hidrocalida to win this title.

Nuestra Belleza México 2012, the 19th annual Nuestra Belleza México beauty pageant, was held at the Poliforum del Centro de Convenciones in Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Chiapas, Mexico on September 1, 2012. Thirty-five contestants from Mexico competed for the national title, which was won by Cynthia Duque from Nuevo León, who later competed in Miss Universe 2013 in Russia. Duque was crowned by outgoing Nuestra Belleza México titleholder Karina González. She is the fourth Neoleonesa to win this title.

Angenie Anamaria Simon is a Curaçaoan model and beauty pageant titleholder who won the Miss Curaçao 2009 and went to the Miss Universe 2009 in The Bahamas, and the Miss World 2010 in Sanya, People's Republic of China. She earned a place in the national and regional pageant history records by being the first Miss Caraïbes Hibiscus winner who was crowned by a compatriot. Currently she is working as a Financial Assistant and she took in 2011 the challenge in partnering with national social entrepreneur and international youth ambassador Gwendell Mercelina Jr. for the Miss Caraïbes Hibiscus Curaçao pageant.

Nuestra Belleza México 2013, the 20th annual Nuestra Belleza México beauty pageant, was held at the Presidential Hangar of Aeropuerto Internacional "Lic. Adolfo López Mateos" in Toluca, Estado de México, Mexico on October 19, 2013. Thirty-three contestants from the Mexican Republic competed for the national title, which was won by Josselyn Garciglia from Baja California Sur, who later competed in Miss Universe 2014 in the United States. Garciglia was crowned by the outgoing Nuestra Belleza México titleholder, Cynthia Duque. She is the first Sudcaliforniana to win this title.

Miss World Mexico 2016, now referred to as Miss Mexico 2016, is the very first edition of a new pageant organization formed by Hugo Castellanos after Lupita Jones, president of Nuestra Belleza México, lost the franchise with Miss World. The pageant held at Teatro Morelos of Morelia, Michoacán on 14 October 2016. 31 contestants of the Mexican Republic competed for the national title. Two winners were crowned at the end of the event: Ana Girault of Ciudad de México as Miss World Mexico 2016/Miss Mexico 2016, and Andrea Meza of Chihuahua as Miss World Mexico 2017/Miss Mexico 2017. Ana Girault of Ciudad de México was crowned as the titleholder for 2016 and Andrea Meza of Chihuahua was crowned as the titleholder for 2017. Meza represented the country at Miss World 2017 in China.

María Belén Alderete Gayoso is a Paraguayan model and beauty pageant titleholder who won the title of Miss Universo Paraguay 2018 at Reinas de Belleza del Paraguay 2018. She represented Paraguay at Miss Universe 2018 pageant in Thailand, and represented Paraguay at Reina Hispanoamericana 2018, held in Santa Cruz, Bolivia, where she finished as the second runner-up.

Maria Alejandra Vengoechea Cárcamo is a Colombian lawyer, model, and beauty pageant titleholder who participated in Señorita Colombia 2018, where she won the title of Primera Princesa. She represented Colombia at Miss International 2019 and placed 3rd runner-up. Vengoechea also represented the country at Reina Hispanoamerciana 2021 and placed 1st runner-up.

Reina Hispanoamericana 2023 was the 32nd Reina Hispanoamericana pageant, held at the Salón Sirionó, Fexpocruz in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia, on January 28, 2024.
