Armin Andres (born 5 April 1959) is a former German former basketball player. He competed in the men's tournament at the 1992 Summer Olympics. [1]

He was the first non-American to win the event since Percy Williams of Canada took the gold medal in 1928, the first man to run 100 meters in 10.0 seconds and the last white man to establish a world record in 100 meters dash.
