Assad Badyr Fudadin (born 1 August 1985) is a West Indian cricketer who plays for the Guyana national team and the West Indies. Born in Guyana,he bats left-handed just like Devendra Bishoo,Shimron Hetmyer,Chandrapaul Hemraj and Sherfane Rutherford does but bowls right-arm medium-fast.
In 2000,he was selected to play for the West Indies Under-15s team at the Costcutter Under-15s World Challenge,at which he top-scored in the final with 55 off 92 balls as the West Indies beat Pakistan. The following year,he progressed to the Guyana Under-19s team,for which he played for two years before being selected for the West Indies U19s.
Fudadin made his first-class debut in 2004,playing for the West Indies B team against Kenya in the 2003–04 Carib Beer Cup. The following season,he returned to play for Guyana in the same competition,before going to England in April 2005 to play a season of club cricket for Wollaton Cricket Club in the Nottinghamshire Cricket Board Premier League. After his spell at Wollaton CC,he spent three years from 2006 to 2008 playing for Trowbridge Cricket Club in West of England Premier League Premier 2. During that time,he scored 2,659 runs at an average of 85.77 and took 60 wickets at an average of 26.53. [1]
After a few years playing domestic cricket in the West Indies,Fudadin was called into the West Indies A team in 2010 for a home series against Zimbabwe and then a tour of England before another home series against Pakistan A. His exploits earned him a developmental contract with the West Indies Cricket Board.
In 2012,Fudadin received a call-up to the senior West Indies side for their summer tour of England. [2] After being unused for the first two matches,he made his Test debut in the third match,the start of which was delayed by two days due to rain.
After being absent for the 2016 competition,he was selected once again by the Guyana Amazon Warriors for the 2017 CPL,this time as a 12th round pick in the draft. [3] In June 2021,he was selected to take part in the Minor League Cricket tournament in the United States following the players' draft. [4]
Lendl Mark Platter Simmons is a Trinidadian cricketer who played internationally for the West Indies. He is a right-handed batsman,an occasional right-arm medium pace bowler,and a part-time wicket-keeper. His uncle is former West Indian Test cricketer Phil Simmons. In July 2022,Simmons announced his retirement from international cricket. Simmons was a member of the West Indies team that won both the 2012 T20 World Cup and the 2016 T20 World Cup.
Rayad Ryan Emrit is a West Indian cricketer. Emrit has represented the West Indies Senior team,making his first ODI appearance just a year after his regional debut in 2007. Emrit maintained discipline and motivation and defied the odds to be next selected for the West Indies T20 Champion team in 2018 against New Zealand. An allrounder who is a right-handed batsman and right-arm medium-fast seamer. In domestic cricket,he has captained both his native Trinidad and Tobago side,and the Guyana Amazon Warriors in CPL 2017. Rayad Emrit is the current captain of the St Kitts and Nevis Patriots in the Caribbean Premier League. Emrit was selected as captain of the Patriots ahead of Chris Gayle and Dwayne Bravo as captain in the 'biggest party in sport' CPL in 2021.
Andre McIntosh McCarthy is a Jamaican cricketer. He played for the West Indies in the 2006 Under-19 Cricket World Cup in Sri Lanka. He plays domestically for Jamaica and the Jamaica Tallawahs.
Chadwick Antonio Kirkpatrick Walton is a West Indies cricketer from Jamaica. Nicknamed Rope,Walton is a right-hand batsman and wicket keeper who played a series of first class cricket matches for Combined Campuses and Colleges and University of West Indies Vice-Chancellor's XI before being chosen for the West Indies Test side. He played his first match against Bangladesh on 9 July 2009. During his first Test series,he equalled Ridley Jacobs's record of five dismissals in an innings. Walton was picked by Karachi Kings for Season 5 of Pakistan Super League.

In August 2019,Cricket West Indies named him as the Championship Player of the Year. Later the same month,he made his international debut for the West Indies cricket team. He also set the record for the heaviest cricketer to play Test cricket,weighing more than 140 kg. For the Leewards Islands,he is their second highest wicket-taker in both First Class and List A cricket,while only Kieran Powell has scored more than his four List A hundreds for the side.
Nicholas Pooran is a Trinidadian cricketer who currently plays for the West Indies cricket team in limited overs cricket,and he is an occasional captain of the limited overs formats. He also plays for Trinidad and Tobago in West Indian domestic matches and for Lucknow Super Giants in IPL. He made his international debut for the West Indies in September 2016. In May 2022,Pooran was named as the captain of the West Indies team for limited overs cricket. On November 2022,he stepped down as the limited overs captain of the West Indies team.
Carlos Ricardo Brathwaite is a cricketer from Barbados and a former captain of the West Indies Twenty20 International (T20I) team. He was a key member of the West Indies team that won the 2016 T20 World Cup,and his most notable innings was when he helped the team to win the 2016 ICC World Twenty20 Final with an innings of 34 not-out off 10 balls. Brathwaite hit the winning six to help the West Indies clinch their second T20 world title.
Shimron Odilon Hetmyer is a Guyanese cricketer who plays as a top order batsman for the West Indies cricket team. Hetmyer captained the Windies to win the 2016 Under-19 Cricket World Cup. During 2018 the International Cricket Council (ICC) named Hetmyer as one of the five breakout stars in men's cricket. He is also the current captain of CPL side Guyana Amazon Warriors.

He made his List A debut for Guyana in the 2017–18 Regional Super50 on 31 January 2018. He made his Twenty20 debut for St Lucia Stars in the 2018 Caribbean Premier League on 16 August 2018.
