Assassin's Creed: Memories is a mobile game developed by Ubisoft along with PlayNext and GREE, it was released on iOS devices on August 21, 2014, [1] and it combines card collection and battling, target chasing, and strategy elements, along with the option of competitive multiplayer. [2] Additional multiplayer options include allowing players to join a guild and engage in 20 vs. 20 guild combat scenarios. Assassin's Creed: Memories features different historical eras, including the Third Crusade, the Golden Age of Piracy, feudal Japan and the Mongolian Empire. [3]

Development

Assassin's Creed: Memories was announced by Ubisoft on July 17, 2014, as a collaboration between Ubisoft, GREE, and PlayNext. [4] It was quietly soft-launched in the Oceania region beforehand on July 7 as version 1.0, [5] and officially released on August 21 as version 1.1. [6] The game received no further updates until 15 February 2015. [5] PlayNext issued a statement in which Assassin's Creed: Memories would be shutting down. Microtransactions were disabled on February 16, and the final campaign and tournament occurred on February 23. The app itself was delisted from digital storefronts on March 13. [7]

Assassin's Creed Mirage is a 2023 action-adventure game developed by Ubisoft Bordeaux and published by Ubisoft. The game is the thirteenth major installment in the Assassin's Creed series and the successor to 2020's Assassin's Creed Valhalla. While its historical timeframe precedes that of Valhalla, its modern-day framing story succeeds Valhalla's own. Set in 9th-century Baghdad during the Islamic Golden Age—in particular during the Anarchy at Samarra—the story follows Basim Ibn Ishaq, a street thief who joins the Hidden Ones to fight for peace and liberty, against the Order of the Ancients, who desire peace through control. The main narrative focuses on Basim's internal struggle between his duties as a Hidden One and his desire to uncover his mysterious past.
