The Assurance Companies Act 1909 (9 Edw. 7. c. 49) was an act of the Parliament of the United Kingdom regulating motor vehicle insurance. It became the catalyst for the Road Traffic Act 1930 (20 & 21 Geo. 5. c. 43).
