Astaena biciliata is a species of beetle of the family Scarabaeidae. [1] It is found in Peru. [2] [3]
Adults reach a length of about 11 mm. The head is reddish-brown with upright setae. Both the pronotum and elytra are unicolored reddish brown and without setae. [3]
