Austin High School's athletic teams are the Eagles, and they compete in the Mid-Southern Conference of Indiana. [3] The school offers a wide range of athletics including:

Basketball

The 2009-2010 Lady Eagles basketball team won the IHSAA 2A Women's Basketball State Championship beating Bishop Luers High School (70-65). [4] [5] To date, it is the only athletic state championship in school history.

Bishop Luers High School is a small Catholic high school located in the southside of Fort Wayne, Indiana, United States. Bishop Luers is owned and operated by the Roman Catholic Diocese of Fort Wayne-South Bend. The school was founded in 1958 by the Franciscan Fathers of the Saint John the Baptist Province in Cincinnati, Ohio, along with the Sisters of Saint Francis Province in Mishawaka, Indiana. The first bishop of the diocese, John Henry Luers, is the namesake of the school.

Eastern High School is a public high school located in the small, rural town of Pekin, Indiana. As part of the East Washington School Corporation, it was built in 1967 and has gone under a number of changes in the last 30 years.
