Josef Losert was an Austrian fencer. He competed in the individual and team foil and sabre events at the 1936 Summer Olympics with the best achievement of fourth place in the team foil. During his career he won 18 national titles in the foil, sabre and épée. His son Roland and daughter Ingrid also became successful fencers.

Roland Losert is a retired Austrian fencer who won the world title in épée in 1963. He also won junior world titles in épée (1963) and foil. Losert competed at the 1964, 1968 and 1972 Summer Olympics in the individual foil and individual and team épée events. His best achievement was fourth place in the foil in 1964.

Rudolf Trost is an Austrian épée and foil fencer and modern pentathlete. He competed at the 1964, 1968 and 1972 Summer Olympics.

<span class="mw-page-title-main">Herbert Polzhuber</span> Austrian fencer and pentathlete (1938–2015)

Herbert Polzhuber was an Austrian fencer and modern pentathlete. Considered one of Austria's greatest épée fencers, he participated at four consecutive Olympic Games in 1964, 1968, 1972 and 1976, being a fencer in each in addition to a pentathlete in his first appearance. He is also partly remembered for an incident at the 1965 World Pentathlon Championships, where he allegedly drank 10 beers and a bottle of cognac before firing his pistol into the ground and passing out.

Axel Birnbaum is an Austrian fencer. He competed in the individual épée event at the 1988 Summer Olympics. His father, Udo Birnbaum, also competed at the Olympics for Austria.

Wolf-Dietrich Sonnleitner is an Austrian modern pentathlete. He competed at the 1968 Summer Olympics.
