Conner began his career with Screaming Trees in 1985, and played with them until their disbanding in 2000. "First of May" is a song by the Bee Gees with lead vocals by Barry Gibb, released as a single from their 1969 double album Odessa. Its B-side was "Lamplight". It also featured as the B-side of "Melody Fair" when that song was released as a single in the Far East in 1971 as well as in 1976 and 1980 on RSO Records. It was the first Bee Gees single to be released after lead guitarist Vince Melouney had left the group.

Close-Up is the eleventh album by the American folk music group the Kingston Trio, released in 1961. It was the first release by the group after the departure of founding member Dave Guard. The Trio now consisted of Bob Shane, Nick Reynolds and Guard's replacement John Stewart. Close-Up peaked at number three on the Billboard charts. The lead-off single was "Coming from the Mountains" backed with a non-LP track, "Nothing More to Look Forward To". Close-Up was nominated for a Grammy award in 1961 for Best Performance by a Vocal Group.

Magnus Carlson

Magnus Carlson is a Swedish singer, composer, songwriter, DJ, and record collector. After playing in various cover bands in the nineties he formed the indie group, Weeping Willows. Their 1997 debut album was an instant success and the band soon became a national household name. In 2003 Magnus launched what would become a very successful solo career. One that now has established him as one of the biggest male artists in Sweden today. He has released a total of 16 albums in the last twenty years, several of them gold and platinum records and he's collaborated with more artists than even he can remember. From duets with songstress Anna Ternheim to house tracks with members of Swedish House Mafia; from performing Velvet Underground-covers with Nina Persson of The Cardigans and Ebbot Lundberg of The Soundtrack of Our Lives to selling out concert halls performing an acclaimed Royal Symphony Orchestral tribute to the late David Bowie onto playing horns with Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds.

Sebalter represented Switzerland with the song "Hunter of Stars", which qualified from the second semi-final to compete in the final. Switzerland placed 13th in the final, scoring 64 points.

"Hunter of Stars" is a song by Swiss singer Sebalter. It was chosen to represent Switzerland at the Eurovision Song Contest 2014 in Denmark. The song was released in Switzerland as a digital download on December 2, 2013 as the lead single from his debut studio album Day of Glory (2015).

Sebastiano Paù-Lessi, better known by his stage name, Sebalter is a Swiss singer, fiddler, and attorney who represented his country at the Eurovision Song Contest 2014 in Copenhagen, Denmark. He performed the song "Hunter of Stars" in the final on 10 May 2014, finishing 13th with 64 points. Sebalter was born in the Italian-speaking canton of Ticino. Prior to Eurovision he worked as a business lawyer, putting his law career on hold to focus on his music career.

Die Grosse Entscheidungsshow was the Swiss Eurovision national selection organized by SRG SSR between 2011 and 2018. The show was considered to be the successor to Concours Eurovision, which was cancelled in 2005.

Day of Glory is the debut studio album by Swiss singer and fiddle player Sebalter. It was released in Switzerland on 9 January 2015, through Phonag Records. The album has peaked to number 9 on the Swiss Albums Chart. The album includes the singles "Hunter of Stars" and "Saturday".

Switzerland participated in the Eurovision Song Contest 2017 with the song "Apollo" written by Elias Näslin, Nicolas Günthardt and Alessandra Günthardt. The song was performed by Timebelle. The Swiss entry for the 2017 contest in Kyiv, Ukraine was selected through the national final ESC 2017 – Die Entscheidungsshow, organised by the Swiss German speaking broadcaster Schweizer Radio und Fernsehen (SRF) in collaboration with the other broadcasters part of the Swiss Broadcasting Corporation. Artists that were interested in entering the Swiss national final had the opportunity to apply to one of three open selections with defined submission periods: an online platform where entries could be uploaded for public viewing, which was organised by the Swiss-German broadcaster SRF and the Swiss-Romansh broadcaster Radiotelevisiun Svizra Rumantscha (RTR), or by submitting an entry directly to the Swiss-French broadcaster Radio Télévision Suisse (RTS) and/or the Swiss-Italian broadcaster Radiotelevisione svizzera. Up to 20 entries were selected to advance to a "Live Check" round. The "Live Check" was held on 4 December 2016 Zürich and involved an expert panel evaluating the live performances of the entries and selecting six entries to advance to the televised national final. The six finalists performed during the national final on 5 February 2017 at SRF's Studio 1 in Zürich where a public vote ultimately selected "Apollo" performed by Timebelle as the winner.

Narelle Kheng is a Chinese-Singaporean musician, actress, presenter, and former national swimmer. In 2012, she made her debut in the Singaporean band The Sam Willows.

Someday at Christmas (song) 2021 single by Stevie Wonder

"Someday at Christmas" is a song by American singer Stevie Wonder, from his first Christmas album and same-titled eighth studio album (1967). Written by Ron Miller and Bryan Wells, it was produced by Henry Crosby. Initially released as a standalone single in 1966, it led to the recording of its parent album which was issued a year later. Described retrospectively as "a modern holiday classic", "Someday at Christmas" has since been covered by several artists, including Wonder himself whose 2015 duet version with Andra Day, recorded for an Apple TV commercial, re-entered the charts.
