A deputy prime minister or vice prime minister is, in some countries, a government minister who can take the position of acting prime minister when the prime minister is temporarily absent. Sergei Kuzhugetovich Shoigu is a Russian politician and military officer who has served as Minister of Defence of Russia since 2012. Shoigu has served as the chairman of the Council of Ministers of Defense of the Commonwealth of Independent States since 2012.

The State Award System of the Russian Federation has varied and distinct origins. The first being pre-1917 orders of the Russian Empire re-established after the 1991 dissolution of the Soviet Union, the second is from former Soviet orders that were slightly modified and retained post 1991, we also find many completely new awards resembling Imperial awards in basic design since the reintroduction of Russian heraldry.

The Medal "For Courage in a Fire" was a civilian and military state bravery award of the Soviet Union established on October 31, 1957 by decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR to recognise deeds of courage and of leadership while fighting fires. The medal's statute was amended on July 18, 1980 by decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR № 2523-X. The medal ceased to be awarded following the December 1991 dissolution of the Soviet Union, it was replaced in 1994 by the Russian Federation's Medal "For Life Saving" and by ministerial level awards, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ministry for Emergency Situations both have medals "For Courage in a Fire".
The Medal "For the Return of Crimea" is a Russian campaign medal of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation. The existence of the awards was also confirmed by Yaroslav Roshchupkin, an employee of the Central Military press service.
The Army General Margelov Medal is an award of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation established by Order No. 182 of the Minister of Defence of the Russian Federation of 6 May 2005. It is named after the renowned past commander of Soviet Airborne Troops Army General Vasily Margelov. The medal is awarded to military and civilian personnel of the Russian Airborne Troops for good service.
Vladimir Aleksandrovich Mau is a Russian economist, scientist, and teacher. Since 2010 to 2023 he has served as the rector of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA). During his career, he was a member of many advisory and scientific councils and commissions. Currently, he is a member of the Presidium of the Economic Council under the President of the Russian Federation. He has the federal state civilian service rank of 1st class Active State Councillor of the Russian Federation.
The National Guard of the Russian Federation came into being on April 5, 2016 by decree of the President of the Russian Federation № 157. Being a uniformed paramilitary organisation, it has its own awards system subordinate to State awards of the Russian Federation.
The Federal Agency for Tourism (Rostourism) was a federal executive body of the Russian Federation, created by Presidential Decree No. 1453 of November 18, 2004 and dissolved on October 20, 2022. The Federal Agency for Tourism was responsible for rendering state services, managing state property and performing law-enforcement functions in the field of tourism. It was under the direct jurisdiction of the government of Russia. Activities of the Federal Agency for Tourism guided by the Constitution of the Russian Federation, Federal laws, Decrees of the President and the Government of the Russian Federation, and international treaties. The Federal Agency for Tourism was a legal entity, had a seal with the image of the State Coat of Arms of the Russian Federation and its name, other seals, stamp, and letterhead, as well as bank and other accounts opened. It received funding for its operation and project implementation from the federal budget. The agency head office was in Moscow.
