Back on the Dancefloor is the second compilation album released by German dance trio, Cascada. It was released 13 April 2012 in their home country. Consisting of 2 discs featuring past singles and remixes from the previous eight years. The album's first and only new song, Summer of Love was released prior to the compilation and peaked within the top 20 in Germany.

The album consists of fourteen singles and one new song, Summer of Love. [2] The singles include the global hits "Evacuate The Dancefloor", "Everytime We Touch", and "What Hurts The Most". Unlike the previous compilation disc available with Original Me, [3] it features the group's debut single "Miracle".

Cascada represented Germany at the Eurovision Song Contest 2013 in Malmö, Sweden with "Glorious". While being one of the most successful acts of the dance music genre itself, Cascada was named as the 3rd most successful German act of the 21st century.

"A Neverending Dream" is a 1996 song by German group X-Perience, released as the second single from their debut album, Magic Fields (1996). It charted in Germany, Hungary and Switzerland and was the band's biggest hit. The song entered the German Singles Chart at number 91, went to number four in October/November 1996, and spent over 18 weeks in the charts. Over 350,000 copies of the singles were sold in Germany and the single was eventually certified Gold. On the Eurochart Hot 100, "A Neverending Dream" peaked at number 29 in December 1996. The music duo Siria is composed of singer Natalie Horler, better known as Cascada, and DJ Manian, known both for his solo work as well as his work within Cascada. The Siria project has had two singles released into the German and Canadian markets featuring the vocals of Natalie Horler. On July 3, 2008, a cover of Mylène Farmer's song Desenchantee was released by Zooland Records featuring a new vocalist.

The discography of the British new wave band Visage consists of five studio albums, eight compilation albums, one EP and nineteen singles. Formed in 1978, the band released their first single "Tar" on the short-lived Radar Records label in 1979, before signing to Polydor Records in 1980. Their second single, "Fade To Grey", was released soon afterwards and became an international hit. After three studio albums and several personnel changes, the group disbanded in 1985 though a new line-up emerged in the 2000s, again led by vocalist Steve Strange. In 2013, the band released a new album, Hearts and Knives, the first new Visage album for 29 years. Perfect Day is the second studio album released by German Eurodance group Cascada. The entire album was produced by the group's two DJs, Yanou and DJ Manian. Like its predecessor, the album is comprised heavily of uptempo Eurodance tracks, many of which are cover songs. This album, however, features covers of songs from the early 2000s of the rock and country genres, with the exception of Because the Night which was released in 1978. Two edited tracks, "Endless Summer" and "I Will Believe It" that were previously recorded under the Siria name are also featured. "Night Nurse" is the fourth overall single performed by German dance trio Cascada, from their fourth studio album, Original Me (2011). The song was written by Tony Cornelissen, Manuel Reuter and Yann Peifer, with production helmed by DJ Manian and Yanou. "Night Nurse" was released to the internet in late summer of 2010 and featured on the compilation "Clubland 18," released on November 7, 2010. "Night Nurse" uses Auto-Tune on the uncredited vocals of German singer and rapper Tony T. who was brought by DJ Manian and Yanou of their Dance Project R.I.O. Lyrically, the song is about being feverish on the dancefloor. The music video was released on the All Around the World YouTube account and on Clubland TV in November 2010 which features Horler and some male backup dancers in a warehouse party. ItaloBrothers is a German dance project from Nordhorn, Germany. The band consists of vocalist Mathias Metten, who works in the studio with Zacharias Adrian and Christian Müller. As of 2022, there are four members; Mathias Metten, Kristian Sandberg, Hanno Lohse, and Dietmar Pollmann. They are most successful in Scandinavia and Central Europe, but also have gone on tour in Eastern Europe. They release all their songs on Zooland Records.
