Ballyhaunis GAA is a Gaelic Athletic Association club located in the town of Ballyhaunis in eastern County Mayo, Ireland. The club fields both football and hurling teams and is a member of the East division of Mayo GAA.

Before this Roscommon champions competed in the Connacht Senior Club Hurling Championship. Athleague are the current champions, defeating Tremane in the 2021 decider; Athleague 3-12 Tremane 0-15. (Four Roads lead the Roll of Honour with 35 titles, followed by Roscommon Gaels with 24 titles. In the past Roscommon Gaels competed as St Coman's and Roscommon Town, while St Dominic's previously competed as St Patrick's.

Previously, the winners used to compete in the Connacht Senior Club Hurling Championship but were very unsuccessful at that level.

Robert Emmet's Gaelic Athletic Club Slaughtneil is a Gaelic Athletic Association club based on the townland of Slaughtneil, near Maghera, County Londonderry, Northern Ireland. Calry-St Joseph's is a Gaelic Athletic Association club based in Calry and the northern ward of Sligo, Éire. The club was formerly known as Calry Gaels until it became Calry-St Joseph's in 1987 after a re-organisation of the GAA structures in the Sligo urban area. They have won the last 7 Sligo Senior Hurling Championships and played in 12 of the last 13 finals, winning in 2005 until 2009 and again from 2011 to 2017. In 2009 they won the Connacht Junior Club Hurling Championship beating Galway side Skehana 1-09 to 0-10 in the final having lost to them the year before and they repeated that feat again in 2012 by beating the same opposition from before, Skehana. They followed up that victory with a double double by winning both Provincial and County Championships in 2013. The club's most recent victory in the Connacht Junior Hurling Championship came in 2016. Reduced to 13 men, with two players sent off, they clawed back a deficit of 5 points to tie the match and go on to beat Micheál Breathnach of the Galway Gaeltacht in extra-time, 3-9 to 2-10. They won the Sligo Intermediate Football Championship in 2004 & 2014 and came Runners Up in 1988, 1990 & 2013 and won Sligo Junior Football Championship in 1976 & 1987 and were Runners Up in 1983 & 1984.
Middletown Eoghan Rua Gaelic Athletic Club, also known as Eoghan Ruadh, is a GAA club from Middletown, County Armagh, Northern Ireland. The club fields teams from under-10 level to senior level in Gaelic football, hurling and camogie; all teams use the club colours of black and white with the males playing with vertical stripes. Middletown has won many county championship and league titles, and has been successful in All Ireland club championships. The club plays at P.J. O'Neill Park.

The 2021–22 All-Ireland Intermediate Club Hurling Championship was the 17th and current staging of the All-Ireland Intermediate Club Hurling Championship, the Gaelic Athletic Association's intermediate inter-county club hurling tournament. It will be the first club championship to be completed in two years as the 2020-21 series was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The championship began on 20 November 2021 and ended on 5 February 2022.
