Balninkai (Polish : Bolniki) is a town in Utena County, Lithuania. According to the 2011 census, the town has a population of 319 people. [1]
Neman, is a town and the administrative center of Nemansky District in Kaliningrad Oblast, Russia, located in the historic region of Lithuania Minor, on the steep southern bank of the Neman River, where it forms the Russian border with the Klaipėda Region in Lithuania, and 130 kilometers (81 mi) northeast of Kaliningrad, the administrative center of the oblast.
