Barrington Apartments is a property in Fargo, North Dakota that was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1989.
It was built in 1923 in Tudor Revival and Elizabethan Revival style, and was designed by Joseph E. Rosatti and built by Anderson & Olson. [1] [2]

It has a crenelated parapet. "Complex brick patterns and the raked velour dark red brick further the romantic feeling." [2] : 9
The Drake Court Apartments and the Dartmore Apartments Historic District, built between 1916 and 1921, is located at Jones Street from 20th to 23rd Streets in Midtown Omaha, in the U.S. state of Nebraska. Built in combined Georgian Revival, Colonial Revival and Prairie School styles, the complex was designated a City of Omaha Landmark in 1978; it was listed on the National Register of Historic Places as a historic district in 1980. The historic district originally included 6.5 acres (2.6 ha) with 19 buildings. In 2014, boundary of the historic district was expanded by 0.74 acres (0.30 ha) include three additional buildings, and decreased by 3 acres (1.2 ha) to remove open space and parking that had been re-purposed, for a new total of 4.24 acres (1.72 ha). The district was also renamed to Drake Court Historic District.
The Wahkonsa Hotel, also known as Wahkonsa Manor, is a historic building located in Fort Dodge, Iowa, United States. It was built by the city's Commercial Club to provide a first-class hotel for the community. The five story, brick, Renaissance Revival-style structure was designed by the prominent Des Moines architectural firm of Liebbe, Nourse & Rasmussen. The building served as a hotel until 1972 when it was converted into apartments for low-income people. It retained the first-floor commercial space, which was original to the building. It was individually listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2008, and as a contributing property in the Fort Dodge Downtown Historic District in 2010.
Nester House, also known as Geneva-on-the-Lake, is a historic home located at Geneva in Ontario County, New York, USA. The Renaissance Revival building's design is based upon the Villa Lancellotti, a 16th-century suburban villa in the village of Frascati near Rome. It was built in 1911 and is a large three story, "U" shaped villa, built of brick and concrete block and coated in stucco. In 1949, the Capuchin Order acquired the property and operated the Immaculate Heart of Mary Seminary on the property. In 1973, the Capuchins sold the property and the house and its 1949 additions were later converted into 30 apartments. It is now operated as a resort.
The Parkview Apartments is a historic apartment building at 300 West 13th Avenue in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. It is a two-story masonry structure, built out of buff brick. It is a U-shaped building, with Classical Revival features, including a projecting cornice and a crenellated parapet at the center of the U. Built in about 1925, this twelve-unit building was then the largest apartment building in the state in terms of total square footage. Parkview Apartments was the work of O.C. Hauber, a businessman who played a major role in the growth and development of Pine Bluff in the early 20th century.
Chester Terrace is a historic rowhouse in Duluth, Minnesota, United States. Built in 1890, it was designed in Romanesque Revival style by Oliver G. Traphagen and Francis W. Fitzpatrick. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980 for its local significance in the theme of architecture. It was nominated as one of Duluth's outstanding examples of a Romanesque Revival rowhouse.

The Lexington, also known as Lexington Apartments, is a historic building located in Des Moines, Iowa, United States. The five-story brick structure on a raised basement was completed in 1908 as the city's first high-rise apartment building. It was designed and built by local architect-builder Fred Weitz. The exterior features a Colonial Revival style entrance with a recessed door, arched fanlight, and engaged Doric style columns that support the pediment. Wrought iron balconies are located on the two floors above the entrance. On the interior there are two apartments on every floor, and they originally featured servant's quarters. They have subsequently been converted into other purposes. The upper floors are served by a large, open-cage brass elevator. The building purportedly had paranormal activity involving its elevator. It was renovated between 2012 and 2014. It was individually listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1976. The building was included as a contributing property in the Sherman Hill Historic District in 1979. It is currently owned by the Allen Family Trust.

The New Kasson Apartments is a historic apartment building located on James Street in the Near Northeast neighborhood of Syracuse, Onondaga County, New York. It was designed by architectural firm of Merrick and Randall and built in 1898. It is a seven-story, Renaissance Revival style building consisting of two rectangular multi-story blocks. It is a yellow brick and limestone building with cast stone and terra cotta details. The facades features projecting three-sided bays extending from the first through fifth floors. It is located across from the Leavenworth Apartments built in 1912.
Chase City High School, now known as Maple Manor Apartments, is a historic high school complex located at Chase City, Mecklenburg County, Virginia. The school building was built in 1908 and expanded in 1917. It consists of two two-story, brick Colonial Revival style buildings connected by a one-story connector building built in 1960. Also on the property is a contributing two-story, rectangular, brick building constructed in 1917 for vocational agriculture classes. A one-story, concrete block addition to the building was constructed about 1939. The school closed in 1980, and in 1991 the complex was sensitively rehabilitated for use as apartments for the elderly.

The Chadwick was a historic apartment building located at Indianapolis, Indiana. It was built in 1925, and was a three-story, five bay, "I"-shaped, Georgian Revival style buff brick building with limestone detailing. It featured Tuscan order engaged columns at the entrance. It was destroyed by fire in January 2011.

The C.H. Baker Double House, also known as the Indiana Apartments, The Manor, and The Manor House, is an historic building located in Des Moines, Iowa, United States. Built from 1901 to 1902, it is a two-story structure that features balloon frame construction with brick veneer. It was designed in the Colonial Revival style by the Des Moines architectural firm of Smith & Gutterson. Its significance is attributed to its location on the Sixth Avenue streetcar route "to capitalize on the appeal of public transportation." It was one of the first multiple-family rental properties along the avenue, and it was built for upper-middle class occupancy. It was part of the movement toward denser residential use in this area of the city. The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1996.

Ivanhoe Apartments is a historic three-story building in Salt Lake City, Utah. It was built as a U-shaped residential building in 1908 for Finch, Rogers and Mulvey, an investment firm co-founded by Harry L. Finch, Richard E. Rogers and Martin E. Mulvey. Their company later became known as the Ivanhoe Investment Company. The building was purchased by Jedd L. and Mary E. Jensen in 1943. It was designed in the Colonial Revival and Classical Revival styles. It has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since October 20, 1989.
