Bart T. Blackwell (born September 14,1960) is an American politician. He is a former member of the South Carolina House of Representatives from the 81st District,serving from 2016 to 2024. [1] He is a member of the Republican party. [2] [3]
In 2024,Blackwell announced that he would not run for re-election. [4] He was succeeded by Charles Hartz.

The South Carolina House of Representatives is the lower house of the South Carolina General Assembly. It consists of 124 representatives elected to two-year terms at the same time as U.S. congressional elections.
