The school is a part of the Clark County School District, located in Sunrise Manor, an unincorporated area on the northeast part of the Las Vegas Valley, south of Nellis Air Force Base. Its team mascot is the Sundevils and its school colors are maroon and gold.

CAC was established in 1971 at Sylvan Hills Church of Christ in Sherwood, Arkansas. Because of its foundation date, the school has been categorized as a segregation academy although enrollment records indicate black students were enrolled in the school as early as 1974. The Central Arkansas Christian School system includes a combination middle and high school campus in North Little Rock and two elementary schools: a campus in Pleasant Valley/Little Rock and a campus in North Little Rock. Together, they composed the state's fourth-largest combined private school for the 2018-19 school year. The schools are "affiliated" with the Churches of Christ and are members of the Council for Advancement and Support of Education.

Located in southeast Reno, the High School is named for the Damonte Ranch development during the rapid expansion of Reno NV. The Damonte Ranch High School DRHS opened as a combined middle school and high school, to help alleviate the overcrowding at Pine Middle School until Depoali Middle School was built. Depoali opened in 2009.

Snowflake High School is one of the oldest schools in Arizona. It was founded in the late 19th century for the education of Snowflake's youth. In 1888 the Snowflake Stake Academy was established to provide education beyond the 8th grade for all who cared to attend. It was established by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints as part of its Church Educational System. In 1924, the Snowflake Union High School District was created and the Stake Academy was closed.

Ozark High School is the only high school of the Ozark School District in western Arkansas serving most of northern Franklin County and a small portion of western Johnson County. The district, most notably the high school, is most famous for its mascot, the Hillbilly. Patrons claim that Ozark is the only district in the Union with the Hillbilly as its mascot, though both the nickname and comparable likenesses are used by other schools. However, Ozark is the only district to use the nickname and likeness together.
