The2015 Battle of Konduga was fought on 2 March 2015 between Nigerian army and Boko Haram insurgents. The battle started when Boko Haram attacked town of Konduga at 7 AM and lasted until 1 PM when Nigerian military backed by Nigerian air force repulsed last of the insurgents with injuries. One Nigerian soldier, and 73 Boko Haram insurgents were killed in the battle. [2]

Dalori is a suburban town near Maiduguri, Borno, northeastern Nigeria. The Chibok ambush was an attack of Boko Haram insurgents against a Nigerian Army convoy in the night from 13 to 14 May 2014, as the latter was searching for schoolgirls who had been kidnapped by the Islamist rebels. Even though the Nigerian Army forces managed to extricate themselves from the ambush, the attack seriously affected the morale of the involved soldiers who felt that their leadership was carelessly sacrificing them in the war against the insurgents. On the evening of 16 June 2019, three suicide bombers detonated their explosives in Konduga village in Borno State, Nigeria, killing 30 people and wounding over 40. The first bomber targeted football fans who were watching a game on television in the hall. He was blocked from entering the hall by the owner. A heated argument ensued, during which the bomber detonated his explosives. This attack was the most deadly suicide bombing in 2019 in Nigeria. Operation Boma's Wrath was a military operation launched by Chad against Boko Haram. Operation was launched on March 31, 2020, one week after Boko Haram's attack on Chadian military base in which 92 Chadian soldiers were killed. Aim of the operation was to destroy hidden jihadist bases and repulse their forces out of Chad. Operation lasted 10 days and according to Chadian military it resulted in roughly 1000 insurgents killed, their bases in Chad destroyed, and capture of arms caches previously taken from Chad.
Battle of Domboa was fought between 7th Division of Nigerian military and Boko Haram insurgents in morning hours of October 6 2013. Boko Haram entered the village at 4:30 AM, they forced priest of the local mosque to call for civilians to come to the mosque after which they opened fire on them, killing seven and injuring several. Insurgents managed to burn several buildings before the Nigerian army intervened, after which clashes occurred in which 15 Boko Haram insurgents were killed, other insurgents escaped. Nigerian military seized one rocket-propelled grenade tube, two rocket-propelled grenade bombs, five AK 47 rifles, a pickup van and assorted ammunition from the insurgents.
