Baydarlı (also, Baydarly) is a village and municipality in the Qakh Rayon of Azerbaijan. It has a population of 368.
Jalilabad District is one of the 66 districts of Azerbaijan. It is located in the south-east of the country and belongs to the Lankaran-Astara Economic Region. The district borders the districts of Masally, Yardimli, Bilasuvar, and Neftchala. Its capital and largest city is Jalilabad. As of 2020, the district had a population of 225,300.

The title was named on 25 March 1992, and the "Qizil Ulduz" Medal awarded as a sign of receiving this title was established by a separate law on 15 July 1992. Mammad Jabrail oglu Mammadov was an Azerbaijani Red Army Senior Sergeant and a Hero of the Soviet Union. Mammadov was posthumously awarded the title on 10 April 1945 for his actions during the Vistula–Oder Offensive, during which he reportedly killed 40 German soldiers while surrounded.

The Hero of the Patriotic War is the highest title in Azerbaijan. The title was created by the law "Regulations on the title of "Hero of the Patriotic War" of the Republic of Azerbaijan" dated 26 November 2020 and the decree of the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev dated 1 December 2020. It was established on the occasion of Azerbaijan being the victor in the Second Nagorno-Karabakh War. Its recipient is also awarded with the Hero of the Patriotic War Medal.
