Beachcliff Market Square is a mixed-use open air center situated off of Interstate 90 in Rocky River, Ohio, a suburb outside of Cleveland.

Interstate 90 (I-90) runs east–west across the northern tier of the U.S. state of Ohio. Much of it is along the Ohio Turnpike, but sections outside the turnpike pass through Cleveland and northeast into Pennsylvania.

Beachcliff Market Square, the 110,000-square-foot (10,000 m2) shopping center, was built in 1983 and was renovated in October 1988 to support more tenants. The center was redeveloped in November 2006 under Jeffrey R. Anderson Real Estate, Inc. [1] and was later acquired by Madison Marquette in October 1998. [2] Offerings from Beachcliff Market Square range from spa and salons to retail to family dentistry. The center has been growing and opened an additional three retailers in December 2010 including Girls Got Swing (a women's golf shop), Bella Bridesmaid, and Mellow Yellow (a women's accessory shop).

A defining feature of Beachcliff Market Square is the art deco Beachcliff Theater that is considered a Rocky River landmark. Beachcliff Theater was built in August 1937 and closed in the mid-1970s [3] and reconfigured in 1985 for use as the Beachcliff Market Square Mall which has been closed since. The space was last redesigned in 2007 and how houses The Burntwood Tavern and the marquee is still lit nightly and is used for center advertising. [4]

The Shops at Nanuet is a Simon Malls-operated outdoor shopping mall located at the intersection of New York State Route 59 and Middletown Road in Nanuet, New York, U.S.. The mall is also accessible via exit 14 of the New York Thruway. Built on the site of the former Nanuet Mall, the Shops at Nanuet opened in 2013.

The Geneva Commons is an upscale lifestyle center in the Chicago suburb of Geneva, Illinois. The center is located along Randall Road in the heart of the St. Charles/Geneva/Batavia retail complex. Dort Mall

Dort Mall is a shopping mall located in Flint, Michigan. It was built in two stages in 1964 and 1965, three years before Courtland Center and five years before Genesee Valley Center, making it the oldest mall in Genesee County. It is owned by the Perani family, who also owns Perani's Hockey World, which along with Bargain Hunterz and City Market, is one of the mall's anchor tenants.

The Alton Square Mall is a 2-level, 634,181 square feet (58,917.3 m2) enclosed shopping mall located in Alton, Illinois. It was originally developed by May Centers, Inc. - the mall development arm of May Department Stores - and opened in 1978. Its current anchors are Ross Dress for Less and JCPenney. Sears was a third anchor, but closed in 2012. The Sears site was later made into an Illinois Wholesale Furniture store, which is now closed. Macy's - which had opened as Famous-Barr converted to Macy's in 2006. - was a fourth anchor until it closed in 2017.

Wayzata Bay Center

Wayzata Bay Center was an enclosed shopping mall in Wayzata, Minnesota, a suburb of the Twin Cities. Wayzata Bay Center once comprised 127,000 square feet (12,000 m2) of retail space, with approximately 30 stores on one level, but closed in 2011 after the city of Wayzata agreed upon constructing a new facility on the same land. The mall was once owned by Madison Marquette until residents of the city purchased the mall for $16 million in December 2004.
