The Bear River Valley Hospital is a Level IV trauma center in Tremonton, Utah, United States. It is located just of Interstate 15 (exit 381) and 905 Noth 1000 West [1] [2] and is part of the Intermountain Healthcare system. [1] The current hospital was opened in 2009 and has 16 paitiend beds. [1]
