Netherlands national cricket team

The Netherlands national cricket team is the men's team that represents the Kingdom of the Netherlands and is administered by the Royal Dutch Cricket Association.

International cricket played in the 2006 cricket season is defined as matches scheduled between May and August 2006 in all cricketing countries, as well as all international matches scheduled for the 2006 English cricket season. Matches between January and April are defined as belonging to the 2005–06 season, while matches between September and December are defined as the 2006–07 season. The main matches in this period were played in England, as this was in the middle of the English cricket season, but the third edition of the ICC Intercontinental Cup is defined as a part of the 2006 season, even though the tournament stretched into February 2007, and three A teams were also scheduled to tour the northwestern part of Australia in June and July 2006.

The 2007 international cricket season was between April and September 2007.

The Zimbabwean cricket team toured Australia in the 2003–04 season. On the tour, the Zimbabweans played two unclassified matches, one First-class match, three List A matches and two Tests, as well as taking part in the 2003–04 VB Series with Australia and India – who were touring Australia for four Tests at the same time. The Zimbabweans lost all but one international match – both Tests and seven of the eight One Day Internationals – the exception being called off for rain.

The Quadrangular Series in Ireland was a One Day International cricket tournament, contested between three associate nations and one full member, from 10 to 15 July 2007, following the conclusion of the West Indies' tour of England. The matches were played in both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

The Dutch cricket team toured Canada during the 2007 season. Two One Day Internationals were played, preceded by a First-class match, which was a part of the 2007-08 ICC Intercontinental Cup. The Dutch team won the First-class match by 45 runs, and won the ODI series 1-0: winning the first match by 117 runs, with the second being rained off.

The Bangladesh national cricket team toured Ireland for a 3 match Twenty20 series held in Belfast against Ireland. The Bangladesh team then travelled to the Netherlands for a T20I match each against Scotland and the Netherlands.

The New Zealand cricket team toured the West Indies from 8 June to 6 July 2014, playing a three-match Test cricket series and two T20I matches against the West Indies team.

2015–2017 ICC World Cricket League Championship International cricket tournament

The 2015–2017 ICC World Cricket League Championship was the second edition of the ICC World Cricket League Championship. It took place from 2015 until 2017, in parallel with the 2015-17 ICC Intercontinental Cup. Both Ireland and Afghanistan had been promoted to the main ICC ODI Championship and did not compete in this tournament. Instead, Kenya and Nepal were included in the tournament. The tournament was played in a round-robin format. All matches were recorded as List A matches, and those in which both teams had ODI status were also recorded as ODIs.

The Netherlands women's national cricket team toured Ireland in August 2006 to play against the Ireland women's national cricket team in a 3 match WODI series. The 3 One Day Internationals were held in 3 consecutive dates from August 21–23.

2018 MCC Tri-nation series was a cricket tournament that was held on 29 July 2018 at Lord's in England. The series featured Nepal, Netherlands and Marylebone Cricket Club (MCC), with the matches played as Twenty20 fixtures. The third fixture, between Nepal and the Netherlands, was given full Twenty20 International (T20I) status by the International Cricket Council (ICC).

The 2019 Netherlands Women's Quadrangular Series was a Women's Twenty20 International (WT20I) cricket tournament that was held in Deventer, Netherlands, from 8 to 14 August 2019. It took place ahead of the 2019 ICC Women's World Twenty20 Qualifier tournament in Scotland. The series was contested between the teams of Ireland, the Netherlands, Scotland and Thailand. All the matches took place at the Sportpark Het Schootsveld. Thailand won the series, after winning five of their six matches, with Scotland finishing second.

The 2019–20 Ireland Tri-Nation Series was a cricket tournament that was held in September 2019 in Ireland. It was a tri-nation series that featured Ireland, the Netherlands and Scotland, with all the matches played as Twenty20 Internationals (T20Is). The series was arranged after the planned first edition of the Euro T20 Slam was cancelled. The matches were used by all the teams as part of their preparation for the 2019 ICC Men's T20 World Cup Qualifier tournament. Both Cricket Scotland and the KNCB thanked Cricket Ireland for agreeing to host the tournament, following the cancellation of the Euro T20 Slam.

The Scotland cricket team toured the Netherlands in May 2021 to play two One Day International (ODI) matches in Rotterdam. Due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Netherlands last played an ODI match in June 2019, and Scotland's last ODI match was in December 2019. Originally, the second ODI was scheduled to be played on 21 May, but the fixture was brought forward by one day after bad weather was forecast.

The 2020–21 Nepal Tri-Nation Series was a Twenty20 international cricket tournament that took place in April 2021 in Nepal. The participating teams were Nepal, Malaysia and the Netherlands. The matches were all played at the Tribhuvan University International Cricket Ground in Kirtipur. The tournament was played in a double round-robin format, followed by a final between the top two sides.

The 2002 Women's Tri-Series was a Women's One Day International (WODI) cricket tournament that was held in England in July 2002. It was a tri-nation series between England, India and New Zealand. It was part of India's tour of England and Ireland, and followed New Zealand's tour of Ireland and the Netherlands.

The West Indies women's cricket team toured Ireland, the Netherlands and England in June and July 2008. They first played Ireland in 3 One Day Internationals and 1 Twenty20 International, winning both series. The T20I was the first both sides played in the format. They then played a 4 match ODI series and a 2 match T20I series against the Netherlands, again winning both series. The first T20I in the series was the first ever played by the Netherlands in the format. Finally, they played England in 2 ODIs, with one match rained off and the other won by England.

The Ireland women's cricket team played the Netherlands women's cricket team in July 2021. The tour consisted of four Women's Twenty20 International (WT20I) matches, with all the fixtures being played at The Village, Dublin. Ireland's last international matches were in May 2021 against Scotland, while the Netherlands last played an international match in August 2019. Heather Siegers was named as the captain of the Dutch team for the series, replacing Juliët Post.

The New Zealand women's national cricket team toured England and the Netherlands between June and August 1984. They played England in three Test matches and three One Day Internationals, with the Test series ending as a 0–0 draw and the ODI series ending as a 3–0 victory for England. They then played the Netherlands in 1 ODI, as part of the Nederlandsche Dames Cricket Bond 50th Anniversary Tournament, which was Netherlands' first full international match.

The 2011 Women's Quadrangular Series were two Quadrangular Series that took place in Sri Lanka in April 2011. The four teams competing were Ireland, the Netherlands, Pakistan and Sri Lanka. The teams first played in a T20I series, consisting of semi-finals and a final, which was won by Pakistan. They then played in a ODI round-robin series, which was again won by Pakistan. Sri Lanka and Pakistan also faced each other in a one-off ODI before the series started.
