Best Adventures is a compilation album by Australian band, Pseudo Echo, released in October 1995, spanning the band's entire career. [1] [2]
Pseudo Echo was established in Melbourne in 1982 by Brian Canham, Pierre Pierre and Tony Lugton. Anthony Argiro joined in 1983. They were the first unsigned band to appear on the TV show Countdown, where they performed their track, "Listening". Following this performance, the band signed a record deal with EMI Australia. The band went on to release three studio albums and accrued 9 gold and platinum awards. The band disbanded in November 1989. [3]

Echoes, Silence, Patience & Grace is the sixth studio album by American rock band Foo Fighters, released on September 25, 2007, through Roswell and RCA Records. Invertigo were an Australian four-piece pop rock group active in the early 2000s. They originally formed as Vertigo in 1996, by the three Leigh brothers: Gerry on guitar, James on keyboards and Vince on drums ; together with Hugh Wilson on lead vocals. They had a top 40 hit on the ARIA Singles Chart with "Forever Lately" and released an album before disbanding in 1999. The First Australian Recording Industry Association Music Awards was held on 2 March 1987 at the Sheraton Wentworth Hotel in Sydney with Elton John as the host. The awards were introduced by ARIA Chairman, Paul Turner, who explained the nomination and voting procedures. Presenters of the 20 awards included Slim Dusty, Basia Bonkowski and Donnie Sutherland. The ceremony was not televised. The most successful artist was John Farnham with his album and its associated single, "You're the Voice" helping him win six awards.
