The track would be co-written by American singer and rapper Tommy Richman with production handled by Dpat. [1]
Alphonse Pierre writing for Pitchfork had compared the song to the likes of American record production duo The Neptunes. [2] While Billboard 's Starr Bowenbank felt the song had a "woozy" beat.
