Bidesi Thakur is an Upper-caste youth from Jalalpur village who runs a Paan shop. Parbatiya is an Chamar girl who comes to Bidesi's shop with her aunt, where the two fall in love. They started a love affair. Bidesi's uncle who is a rich and powerful pervert old man sees Parbatiya and keeps a bad eye on her. Bidesi drops Parbatiya to her home on his Horse cart. Bidesi's uncle tries to convince him to leave Parbatiya and it creates a argument between them. The aunt advises him to go somewhere else as he has made many enemies to stand against the Caste system. As soon as, Bidesi leaves, Thakur's men adbuct Parbatiya. The Aunt decides to call Bidesi back. She finds that Bidesi is in Benaras. He returns to the village and Thakur's men try to beat him, Parabtiya goes to rescue him where she is mistakenly shot by the bullet fired by the Thakur to kill Bidesiya. [2]

Phoolan Devi, popularly known as the Bandit Queen, was an Indian dacoit (bandit) who became a politician, serving as a member of parliament until her assassination. She was a woman of the Mallah subcaste who grew up in poverty in a village in the state of Uttar Pradesh, where her family was on the losing side of a land dispute which caused them many problems. After being married off at the age of eleven and being sexually abused by various people, she joined a gang of dacoits. Her gang robbed higher-caste villages and held up trains and vehicles. When she punished her rapists and evaded capture by the authorities, she became a heroine to the Other Backward Classes who saw her as a Robin Hood figure. Phoolan Devi was charged in absentia for the 1981 Behmai massacre, in which twenty Thakur men were executed, allegedly on her command. After this event, the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh resigned, and calls to apprehend her were amplified. She surrendered two years later in a carefully negotiated settlement and spent eleven years in Gwalior prison, awaiting trial.
Bandit Queen is a 1994 Indian Hindi-language biographical action-adventure film based on the life of Phoolan Devi as covered in the book India's Bandit Queen: The True Story of Phoolan Devi by the Indian author Mala Sen. It was written, produced, and directed by Shekhar Kapur and starred Seema Biswas as the title character. The music was composed by Ustad Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan. The film won the National Film Award for Best Feature Film in Hindi, Filmfare Critics Award for Best Movie and Best Direction for that year. Chandrashekhar Dubey commonly referred to as C. S. Dubey was an Indian actor and radio personality. He was born in Kannod and appeared in over 150 Hindi films as a character actor starting in 1950s, with Patita (1953) and Mr. & Mrs. '55 (1955). Thakur is often called the "Shakespeare of Bhojpuri" and "Rai Bahadur". His works consist of more than a dozen plays, Monologues, poems, and Bhajans, which were printed in nearly three dozen books. His noteworthy works include Bidesiya, Gabarghichor, Beti Bechwa and Bhai Birodh. Gabarghichor is often compared with Bertolt Brecht's play The Caucasian Chalk Circle. Thakur is known as the father of the naach folk theatre tradition. He is also credited as the first person to cast male actors in female roles.

The Bhojpuri people, also known as Bhojpuriya-sawb are an Indo-Aryan ethnic group from the Indian subcontinent who speak the Bhojpuri-language and inhabit the Bhojpur-Purvanchal region.
