Bill Mercer is a Montana politician, and currently serves in the Montana House of Representatives. [1]

Mercer was born in 1964 in Billings, Montana. He received his Juris Doctor degree from George Mason University, Master of Public Administration from Harvard University, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Montana. He was elected to the Montana House of Representatives in 2018. [2] [3]
