The Bocce event at the 2021 Islamic Solidarity Games was held in Konya, Turkey, from 9 to 12 August 2022. [1] [2]
The Games were originally scheduled to take place from 20 to 29 August 2021 at the TÜYAP Konya International Fair Center in Konya, Turkey. [3] In May 2020, the Islamic Solidarity Sports Federation (ISSF), who are responsible for the direction and control of the Islamic Solidarity Games, postponed the games as the 2020 Summer Olympics were postponed to July and August 2021, due to the global COVID-19 pandemic. The 2021 Islamic Solidarity Games were the 5th edition of the event held from 9 to 18 August 2022 at Konya, Turkey under the aegis of Islamic Solidarity Sports Federation (ISSF). It was the first time in history that the event was organised by the Turkish Olympic Committee.
Archery at the 2021 Islamic Solidarity Games was held in Konya, Turkey from 14 to 18 August 2022. Traditional Turkish Archery Competitions was heldd at Saraçoglu Sports Venue between 15 and 16 August 2022. For individual competitions, qualification, elimination and final elimination round shots was done, and for team competitions, elimination and final elimination rounds of the teams was done. Qualification rounds in Archery was made accordingly: Men’s and Women’s Recurve bow was 70m. 720 rounds, and Men’s and Women’s Compound bow was 50m. 720 Rounds. Para Archery competitions was held in Saraçoğlu Sport Complex between 09-13 August 2022. Competitions were held in Recurve Bow, Compound Bow and W1 Bows was held in Senior category. The qualification rounds of the competition was done as 720 rounds 70 m for Recurve bows, and 720 rounds 50 m for Compound Bows. Individual elimination and final rounds was done in each category after qualification rounds.
The volleyball competition at the 2021 Islamic Solidarity Games in Konya was organized between 8 August and 15 August 2022. The volleyball competition took place at Karatay Congress and Sport Center in Konya.
The handball tournaments at the 2021 Islamic Solidarity Games in Konya occurred between 7 August and 14 August 2021. The handball competition took place at Selçuklu Municipality International Sports Hall in Konya. 4 teams in 2 groups played in a single round-robin system with a one-day interval between each other, and the group competitions were completed in the first 6 days. On Day 7, semi-finals are played an on day 8, the third place and final competitions were played. Group winners and runners-up were cross-matched in the quarter-finals A1-B2 and A2-B1, Winners compete for Gold, and losers for Bronze Medals.
The weightlifting tournament at the 2021 Islamic Solidarity Games in Konya was held between 11–15 August 2022. The weightlifting competition took place at TÜYAP Konya International Fair Center in Konya.
Kickboxing at the 2021 Islamic Solidarity Games was held in Konya, Turkey from 16 to 18 August 2022 in Selçuklu Municipality Sports Hall.
Table tennis at the 2021 Islamic Solidarity Games was held in Konya, Turkey from 7 to 11 August 2022 in TÜYAP Konya International Fair Center. Seeded players were based on ITTF 2021 Individual World Ranking and were approved by the Technical Delegates. Table Tennis Individual Competitions were held according to the elimination format, over 7 sets. All matches in Table Tennis Team categories were played over 5 sets. Para table tennis competitions were organized in KTO TUYAP Konya International Fair Center between 13–15 August 2022.
Shooting at the 2021 Islamic Solidarity Games was held in Konya, Turkey from 10 to 15 August 2022 in Konya Saraçoğlu Sport Complex.
Gymnastics at the 2021 Islamic Solidarity Games was held in Konya, Turkey from 10 to 18 August 2022 in Konya Velodrome. Gymnastics competitions were held between 10–11 August 2022 for Men's Artistic and 17–18 August 2022 for Women's Artistic Gymnastics. Aerobic competitions were held between 13–14 August 2022 and The Rhytmic Gymnastics competitions were held on 13–14 August 2022.
Fencing at the 2021 Islamic Solidarity Games was held in Konya, Turkey from 14 to 17 August 2022 in Selcuk University 19 Mayıs Sport Hall.

Wrestling at the 2021 Islamic Solidarity Games were held in Konya, Turkey from 10 to 13 August 2022. Each National Olympic Committee (NOC) has the right to participate with a maximum of one wrestler per weight category in all styles. The maximum number of athletes per delegation is 30.All competitors must be of senior age category. The competitions take place by direct elimination system with an ideal number of wrestlers, i.e. 4, 8, 16, 32, 64, etc. If there is no ideal number of wrestlers in a category, qualification matches will take place. Matching is done in the order of numbers determined by the draw made by UWW. 4 Each weight category begins and ends in a day. The competition takes place in the following format: Elimination rounds, Semi-finals, Repechage rounds, Finals.
